OBJCTIVE To study the relation between NOS and the effect of anthraquinone from Rheum Palmatum L.

目的 研究大黄游离蒽醌的致泻作用及与NO的相关性。

A series of factors such as observation index (mass of feces in 10 hours), animal strain, sex and the dose of diphenoxylate complex (50 mg·kg-1) was investigated and fixed.

以大黄泻下活性的量效关系、数据变异程度以及实验的可操作性为考察指标，筛选并确定了大黄致泻效价测定模型的观测指标(10 h内排便量)、动物品系、性别、便秘模型造模剂用量(复方地芬诺酯50 mg·kg-1)等实验条件。

Methods］ 36 twomonthold rabbits with white feather and black eyes,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group,model group,xiangsha liujun pill group, lizhu changle group, lowdose leweiyintreated group,highdose leweiyintreated group.except the normal group, others were made into ibs model of spleen deficiency which was induced by damp heat stress and gavage with fanxieye as well as method of either hunger or gorge.the drug groups were administered preventively from the mediumterm of the model reproduction to the end of modeling.the rabbits of each group were observed.no,nos,mda,sod in serum and sp in colonic membrane were detected.

方法］两月龄白毛黑眼兔36只，雌雄各半，随机分为6组：正常组、模型组、香砂6君丸组、丽珠肠乐组、乐胃饮低剂量组、乐胃饮高剂量组。除正常组外，其余whbe兔采用湿热环境应激联合番泻叶灌胃加饥饱失常复合方法致脾虚泄泻型ibs模型。从模型复制的中期开始各用药组预防给药，至造模结束。观察各组1般情况，测定血清no、nos、mda、sod含量及结肠黏膜组织中sp含量。

对照组 1 1例给予催吐、洗胃、导泻、输液及抗心律失常治疗；治疗组 1 2例不经催吐、洗胃、导泻等排除毒物处理，给予双黄连注射液静滴。观察两组患者症状缓解时间及症状消失时间，并监测心电图恢复正常时间，比较两组结果的差异。结果治疗组患者症状缓解时间、消失时间及心电图恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组(P 。0 1 )。结论双黄连注射液对于乌头碱中毒所致快速性房颤有特别治疗效果
