The results indicated that the treatment of irradiation restrained the growth and differentiation of protocorm, especially to roots.The LD50 is 67.23Gy, because the protocorm is a integrate embryoids and higher tolerance was found. Ploidy analysis showed that most of aberrant seedlings go with the change of DNA and they were not euploid. When the plants trearted by irradiation, some of aberrant seedlings appeared stem forfication, and leaves appeared chlorophyll-deficient or green-white.,probably due to some genes' expression or closing.

结果表明：辐照处理对种胚原球茎的生长和分化有抑制作用，尤其是对根的抑制更为明显；由于种胚原球茎的完整性好，耐受性强，其辐照半致死剂量(LD50)为67.23Gy；流式细胞分析表明，大多数外部形态发生改变的植株其细胞内DNA的倍性发生了改变，出现相当多的非整倍体；此外，辐照产生的变异苗出现茎分叉、叶片缺绿或白绿相间等现象，可能是由于某些基因的表达与关闭引起的。

That is to say,the cold resistance of these trees had raised by exercise in winter. The difference of the semilethal temperature of the trees at the beginning of Sept.2003 was slight(-5.03～-6.08℃).

试验结果表明，12 月底采样树种的半致死温度低于9 月初采样树种的半致死温度，即经过冬季一段时间的低温锻炼，植株的抗寒性有所增强。

That is to say, the cold resistance of these trees were close.But the difference of the semilethal temperature of the trees in the end of Dec.2003 was remarkable(-9.86～-13.48℃). The difference of the cold resistance of different tree species raised by exer-cise in winter.

月初采样树种的半致死温度相差不大(-5.03～-6.08℃)，即未经低温锻炼时，6个树种的抗寒能力相近；而12 月底采样树种的半致死温度相差较大(-9.86～-13.48℃)，即经低温锻炼后，6 个树种的抗寒性差距增大。

Several physiological indexes of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim., peroxidases, superoxide dismutase, catalase, semilethal low temperature and soluble protein content, were measured and the cold resistance of Z. bungeanum was comprehensively evaluated during natural overwintering by the method of subordinate function.

Results:weijian obviously shortened the latent period of erection in castrational rats after electric stimulus and the latent period of coitus in castrational mice,increased coitus times in castrational mice,increased the appearance rate of sperm suppository in copulated female mice. the acute toxicity tests showed that the half lethal dose(ld50) of weijian was 901.53 mg/kg and 319.60 mg/kg, the long-term toxicity tests showed that large dose of weijian slightly increased the level of glutamic pyruvic transaminase and decreased the glucose,triglyceride and cholesterol of blood, while had no effects on other biochemical factors.

结果： 伟剑能明显缩短去睾丸大鼠的电刺激阴茎勃起潜伏期，明显缩短去睾丸小鼠的性交潜伏期，并增加去睾丸小鼠的性交次数，增加交配后雌性小鼠的精栓出现率；急性毒性试验测得伟剑的口服半数致死量（ld50）为901.53 mg/kg，腹腔注射的ld50为319.60 mg/kg；长期毒性试验研究表明该药在大剂量时可轻度升高谷丙转氨酶，轻度降低血糖、总胆红素及胆固醇，而对其他血液生化指标无影响。

The test results of acute toxicity were examined with Pearson's degree of fitting. The results indicated that the silkworm was extremely sensitive to Chlorantraniliprole. The median lethal concentration (LC50) was 4.0905×10^(-3) mg/L and median lethal dose (LD50) was 1.1435×10^(-8) mg/larva for the 3rd instar newly exuviated larvae. No toxicity was observed when normal concentrations of Chlorantraniliprole were used to fumigate the silkworm rearing room. Both irrigation and leaf spraying with 1.25×10^(-4) mg/L Chlorantraniliprole solution showed strong systemic transmission properties in root, leaf and whole plant. The residual toxic period of this insecticide to silkworm was very long. Mulberry leaves sprayed with 1.25×10^(-4) mg/L Chlorantraniliprole solution could still cause 100% mortality of the 3 and 5 instar larvae after 60 d. Furthermore, toxic reaction was very quick. The poisoning symptoms emerged within 1~5 h after feeding on the poisonous leaves. The poisoned larvae experienced such symptoms as stopping ingestion, remaining still, vomiting slightly and body atrophy sequentially, and died ultimately.

食下毒力试验结果经Pearson拟合度检验表明，氯虫苯甲酰胺对3龄起蚕的食下致死中浓度(LC50)为4.0905×10^(-3)mg/L，致死中量(LD50)为1.1435×10^(-8)mg/头；药剂在常规浓度下对家蚕无熏蒸毒性；1.25×10^(-4)mg/L稀释药液对桑树根灌和喷叶处理，表现极强的根部、叶部和全株性内吸传导特性；药液对家蚕的残毒期很长，1.25×10^(-4)mg/L稀释药液田间喷雾桑叶，间隔60 d后采叶饲喂3龄和5龄蚕的死亡率均为100%，且中毒反应极快，添食毒叶后1~5 h出现中毒症状，经停止食桑、静伏、少量吐液、蚕体萎缩等过程后陆续死亡。

For instance,the lethal temperature of roots and leaves of the seedlings was greatly reduced;the chilling injury index and electrolytic leakage of the seedlings under low temperature stress at 5℃ for 2 days decreased remarkably and photosynhtetic function of the seedlings recovered rapidly after the stress.the cucumber seedlings grafted on figleaf gourd were more excellent than the seedlings grafted on sintozwa in growth and chilling tolerance.

结果表明，砧木苗黑籽南瓜生长和抗冷性优于新土佐，两者均优于接穗苗及其嫁接苗；7个接穗苗中，长春密刺、鲁黄瓜4号和津春3号抗冷性优于其它品种；黄瓜嫁接苗较接穗苗抗冷性显著增强，表现低温致死温度明显降低，在5℃低温胁迫下幼苗冷害指数变小，电解质渗漏率下降，胁迫后光合功能恢复较快等。
