The products samples came from Guangdong Entomological Institute. The test was made according to the national standards of the People's Republic of China (GB 15670-1995) in Toxicological Test Methods of Pesticides for Registration. SPF SD mice were used to made the peroral toxicity test and percutaneous toxicity test. There were ten mice (including 5 female rice and 5 male rice) in each group. New Zealand rabbits were used to make the eye irritation test and skin irritation test, with 4 rabbits in each test. FMMU albino guinea pigs were used to make the hypersusceptibility test, with 13-20 guinea pigs in each group.
