Although powerful immunosuppressant drugs such as CsA and FK506 can suppress rejection, their side effects such as hyperpiesia, hepatorenal toxicity, severe infection, malignant degeneration limit their long time usage. Nowadays the key method to avoid or alleviate these side effects is induction of immune tolerance or specific low immunoreaction state with simultaneous maintenance of immune response against other antigens (including anticancer, anti-infection and so on).

尽管CsA和FK506等强有力的免疫抑制剂己被应用，但由其所产生的肝肾毒性、严重感染和致肿瘤性等副作用仍然未能解决，因此造成宿主对移植抗原处于免疫耐受状态或低免疫反应状态，又不影响机体对其他抗原的正常免疫应答能力，是目前器官移植术后解决排斥反应的根本途径。

In the present study,in order to explore the roles of estrogen and progestin in epilepsy and elucidate their mechanisms of action, we utilized animal seizure models induced by intracerebroventricular coriaria lactone and intraperitoneal bemegride, studied the effects of estrogen and progestin on central nervous system functions in behavior,electrophysiological,cellular,molecular and gene levels by means of neuroelectrophysiology, flow cytometry, high performance liquid chromatography, immunocytochemical and in situ hybridization techniques.

为了探索雌、孕激素在癫痫发病中的作用，阐明其作用机制，本工作分别以马桑内酯侧脑室注射致痫、贝美格（Be腹腔注射致痫大鼠为实验对象，采用神经贫血电生理、流式细胞美白免疫荧光、高效液相色谱、美白免疫细胞化学、原位杂交早泻技术，从整体、行为、细胞、分子以及基因水平研究发现了雌、孕激素对大鼠中枢神经贫血系统功能的影响。

Results Complications of deep white candidiasis infection inside the hospital mostly took place among patients suffering from chronic respiratory diseases, malignant tumors and nosohemia,accounting for 59.09%.Infection was in direct proportion with the length of hospitalization.The chief factor leading to infection was the long-term use in large doses of wide-spectrum antibiotics,especially the use of the third-period cephalosporins,which are wide in spectrum and strong in killing bacteria.White candidiasis infection results from the composite action of multiple dangerous factors. Ofthose infected,40.91%used hormone and 11.36% used immunosuppressive agents as well as radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The application of trauma examination and curing also created conditions for the occurrence of infection.

结果 发生医院内部白色念珠菌感染多系慢性呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和血液病患者，占59.09%；感染与住院时间成正比；广谱抗生素大剂量、长时间应用，特别是选择广谱、杀菌力强的第三代头狍菌素类是致感染的主要因素；白色念珠菌感染是多种危险因素综合作用的结果，感染者使用激素的占40.91%，使用免疫抑制剂及放疗化疗的占11.36%，实施插入性操作及各种介入性治疗为感染创造了条件。

YR-1 can attenuate the toxicity of immune function and bone marrow induced by chemotherapy drugs DDP and TAX in condition of unaffecting the efficacy, suggest YR-1 possesses the protective effect on the damage of immune function and bone marrow indued by chemotherapy drugs.

目的 探讨脂肪组织中是否存在缺氧预适应现象，构建cocl2致缺氧的缺氧模型。方法不同浓度的cocl2大鼠腹股沟区皮下层浸润注射，分别用免疫组织化学法和rt-pcr法检测该区脂肪hif-1α蛋白和hif-1α mrna的表达情况。结果用不同浓度的cocl2行化学缺氧后在不同时间点观察有不同程度的hif-1α蛋白和hif-1α mrna表达，其中，在浓度为20～40 mg/kg，时间为3 h时脂肪组织中hif-1α表达达高峰。结论脂肪组织存在缺氧预适应现象；cocl2的浓度选择20～40 mg/kg，时间选择3 h时缺氧预适应效果较佳。
