Results The whole genome of CVB4 jlu06 strain consisted of 7 395 nucleotides encoding 2183 amino acids, which showed high homologies to other CVB4 strains, with the mutations of 10 amino acids. Phylogenetic analysis proved that CVB4 jlu06 strain showed close relationship to HumanCB4 and POLG_CXB4 strains while showed remote relationship to CXB2 strain.
