Studied on micropropagation of Pistacia vera showed: the suitable medium that will support excellent growth of Pistacia vera was the Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with 2. 0 mg. L〓 6-BA and 0.05mg. L〓 NAA, but the frequency of shoot-tip necrosis which reached to 36. 4 percent in 35 days is high. Instead MS medium with Driver-Kuniyuki-Walnut medium, the frequency of shoot-tip necrosis were declined from 36. 4 percent to 9. 3 percent.

组织培养试验发现：以MS为基本培养基，添加2.0mg.L〓 6-BA和0.05mg.L〓NAA可增大繁殖系数和加速生长，但茎尖干枯率高，培养至35天时干枯率达36.4％；以DKW培养基为基本培养基进行增殖培养，35天时干枯率仅为9.3％，茎尖干枯率降低了27.1％。

结果表明，在睫毛毛囊的形态发生中表皮－间充质相互作用以表皮为主导间充质随着表皮而变化，β-catenin从基板表皮开始表达，逐渐增强，从毛芽至形成毛囊维持高水平，间充质变化幅度较小；Shh则在睫毛形态发生中变化剧烈，刺激基板－毛芽－毛钉－毛囊。

Methods］ 36 twomonthold rabbits with white feather and black eyes,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group,model group,xiangsha liujun pill group, lizhu changle group, lowdose leweiyintreated group,highdose leweiyintreated group.except the normal group, others were made into ibs model of spleen deficiency which was induced by damp heat stress and gavage with fanxieye as well as method of either hunger or gorge.the drug groups were administered preventively from the mediumterm of the model reproduction to the end of modeling.the rabbits of each group were observed.no,nos,mda,sod in serum and sp in colonic membrane were detected.

方法］两月龄白毛黑眼兔36只，雌雄各半，随机分为6组：正常组、模型组、香砂6君丸组、丽珠肠乐组、乐胃饮低剂量组、乐胃饮高剂量组。除正常组外，其余whbe兔采用湿热环境应激联合番泻叶灌胃加饥饱失常复合方法致脾虚泄泻型ibs模型。从模型复制的中期开始各用药组预防给药，至造模结束。观察各组1般情况，测定血清no、nos、mda、sod含量及结肠黏膜组织中sp含量。

This article is about adoption of Watson's caring theory for a 38-year-old primigravida, who presented with early uterine contraction and was hospitalized for tocolysis. Clinical data was collected and assessed by interview, observation and body assessment during October 17th and November 15th, 2006. We found the client worried about the fetal health owing to premature labor and felt frustrated about limitations and demands of learning and accomadating herself to high-risk labor, resulting in anxiety, constipation and health-seeking behaviors.

本文在分享运用Watson关怀理论於一位高龄初孕妇因子宫早期收缩住院安胎之护理经验，笔者於民国95年10月17日至11月15日护理期间以会谈、观察及身体评估收集资料，发现个案担忧早发性分娩对胎儿健康造成威胁，及为适应及学习高危险妊娠的限制及需要，引发个案有焦虑、便秘、健康寻求行为的问题。

The psammoma body mineralization in meningioma is a common type of mineralizationThe analysis of the mineral composition may provide some support information in finding the reason of happening and developing of the diseaseThis paper focuses on the concentric layered structure mineralization in meningiomas, using mineralogical methods, such as HRSEM, ESEM, EDAX, EPMA, HRTEM, XRD and FTIR to systematically investigate the mineral composition, structure and shape of the minerals in psammoma bodies in meningiomasWe have devised a method for preparing the silicon wafer sheet which was used for the ESEM insitu observations and analysisIn this study, we first got the ESEM and HRTEM images of the initial mineralization phase of meningiomasThese images showed that in the early stage of psammoma body mineralization in meningiomas, many mineralized balls composed of octocaphosphate were precipitated on the collagen fibersThese balls continued to grow and aggregate, and were gradually hydrolyzed to become the dahlliteThe continued development of mineralization resulted in the mineralized collagen fibersThe study revealed that the concentric layered structure of the psammoma bodies in meningiomas is formed by the spiral arrangement of the mineralized collagen fibers on which the mineralized grains precipitated.

砂粒体矿化是脑膜瘤中常见的矿化类型，对其形成机理和矿物成分的分析可能会对肿瘤发生、发展的研究提供辅助信息。该研究选取人脑膜瘤中的砂粒体矿化作为研究对象，采用偏光显微镜、环境扫描电镜及能谱、X射线衍射仪、高分辨透射电镜和电子探针对样品的形貌、结构和成分进行测试分析，并以此为依据探讨脑膜瘤中砂粒体的形成机理。研究结果表明矿化的初期为沉淀在胶原纤维上的矿化小球，成分为磷酸八钙；矿化小球不断生长聚集，并逐步水解为碳羟磷灰石晶体，矿化的不断发展致使胶原纤维也发生矿化。砂粒体的同心层状构造是由螺旋状排列的矿化胶原纤维及沉淀在其上的矿化颗粒组成的集合体，而不是多数研究中所述：砂粒体是以坏死细胞残骸为中心由内至外的同心层沉淀。

Restoration of ODC expression in the HL60-ODC cells resulted in rescue of rottlerin-induced apoptosis of HL60 cells. Simultaneously, phosphothreonine-ODC of rottlerin-treated HL60-ODC cells was highly elevated comparing with HL60-pcDNA3 cells. Taken together, we suggested that rottlerin, a PKCd inhibitor, might decrease phosphothreonine-ODC to reduce both protein stability and enzyme activity of ornithine decarbooxylase and finally resulted in cell apoptosis.

为了侦测鸟胺酸去羧化是否能够负调节rottlerin所引发的细胞凋亡，我们将具有鸟胺酸去羧化cDNA载体稳定转染至HL60细胞内，此细胞称为HL60-ODC细胞，另转染载体的细胞称为HL60-pcDNA3细胞；实验发现HL60-ODC细胞中的鸟胺酸去羧化蛋白为HL60-pcDNA3细胞与HL60细胞表现之2.5倍，同时HL60-ODC细胞提升鸟胺酸去羧化蛋白表现，能够减少rottlerin造成之细胞凋亡现象，并且此蛋白在HL60-ODC细胞中酥胺酸磷酸化较HL60-pcDNA3细胞表现高。
