The cold-shock treatment with ozonated water (ozone concentration 2 mg/L, dipping 5 min in the 1 ± 1 ℃cold water) reduced quantities of bacteria and funguses of winter-jujube, and decreased the rate of loss weight, and extended shelf-life of the fruit. By the ultrastructures of winter-jujube pericarp, cold-shock treatment with ozonated water could clean out the waxiness of crackle and lenticel, which is helpful for exchange of fruit internal CO2 and air, and inhibit accumulating of ethanol concentration.

臭氧水冷激处理(臭氧浓度为2mg/L，浸泡时间5min，水温1±1℃)可以明显降低冬枣表面细菌和真菌的数量，减少失重率，延缓冬枣硬度的下降，提高冬枣的货架期；从微观结构观察发现，臭氧水冷激处理可以清洗冬枣表皮裂缝和皮孔的蜡质，有助于枣果内部CO_2气体的排逸，从而延缓了冬枣的酒化；此外，冷激处理可以明显降低冬枣表面残留的农药：如马拉硫磷、氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯农药的含量，提高枣果的食用安全性。

针对以上情况，在对固定化生物活性炭技术多年研究的基础上，首次提出采用臭氧固定化曝气生物活性炭滤池组合工艺对石化特种废水深度处理进行深入研究，文中对臭氧氧化、工程菌强化、曝气组合工艺进行了详细试验，总结出不同处理单元在系统中的作用，论证了臭氧氧化、工程菌强化、曝气联合应用的优越性和必要性，出水可以达到回用水标准。

The conclusion derived from this investigation is summarized as follows:(1) Decoloration rates of azo dye solution during the ozonization enhanced by ultrasound are more rapid than the rates obtained with ozone alone.

超声强化臭氧氧化偶氮染料配液的脱色结果表明：①与单纯臭氧氧化相比，超声协同臭氧氧化速度快，偶氮染料分解彻底。

A modified analysis method based on the determination of ozone—indigo disulphonate spectrophotometer(GB/T 15437-1995) in gas phase has been developed to detect the concentration of ozone in liquid phase. An analytical condition of λmax=612～615 nm,ε=20 000 L/, pH 2 is obtained by the titration of indigo disulphonate. Compared with potassium iodide method,it shows a higher precision and accuracy,CV＜3.0%. The results also prove that blank experiment will bring about 5.0%systematic error.

在气相臭氧浓度的靛蓝二磺酸钠分光光度法(GB/T15437-1995)基础上提出了液相臭氧浓度的测定方法，采用靛蓝二磺酸钠标准曲线法代替采用易分解的臭氧标准曲线法，得出测定条件λmax=612～615 nm、ε=20 000 L/、pH为2，通过碘量法比较实验，说明新的测定方法具有较高的精度和准确度，相对标准偏差小于3.0%；比较结果表明忽略空白实验将引入5.0%的系统误差。
