Basing on traditional digital image processing and according to the characters of medical images, we design the Mark Boff Chain edge detection algorithm basing on the distributing model of image grade scene, and has got good effect in the practical experiments; as to the system development, we design customizable DICOM standard analyzer, and use the trigger mechanism Callback to improve the analysis speed ,and adopt the system structure basing on the standard interface to reduce the modules coupling degree, and strengthen the stability of the system.
