Objective To investigate the action of UPI and SCL-90 in detection of mental health of college students.

目的探讨大学生人格问卷与症状自评量表(SCL-90)在大学新生心理健康筛查中的作用。

Methodsseven hundred and ninety three new students of vestibule school were tested and analyzed by SCL-90 and SLSI (Student-Life Stress Inventory).

方法采用学生生活应激问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某中专技工学校的学生进行问卷调查分析。

This study investigated the status of college young teachers' mental with SCL-90 and EPQ. It shows that there are four problems about college young teachers' mental health: body and mind, interpersonal relationships, stress, emotional stability. We create the model of college young teachers' mental health training according to behavioristic learning idea .

本研究采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷对亮校青年教师心理健康状况进行调查，结果显示高校青年教师主要存在的问题表现在生理与心理问题、人际关系问题、心理压力问题、情绪稳定性问题等四方面。

This research measured 295 college students and probe into the relationship between their mental health, pattern of parental rearing and sense of psychological control by means of "Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90)","Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran" and"Internality, Powerful Others, and Chance Scale".

采用《心理卫生症状自评量表SCL-90》、《父母养育方式问卷》和《内控性、有势力他人和机遇量表》对295名大学生进行测量，探讨大学生心理健康与心理控制感和父母养育方式的关系。

Results①43 cases occurred depression among 130 cases of post-stroke patients, the occurrence rate is 33.1%;②The correlative factors have the sex, social interaltion, the family relations, the hemiparalysis degree and the pathological change position, cerebral hemisphere pathological change and the hemiparalysis serious degree is close to the depression state in it.

采用抑郁自评量表对脑卒中后患者进行筛查，其中超过16分者用汉密尔顿抑郁量表进一步评分，按有无抑郁分两组进行分析，结果：①130例脑卒中患者中，43例出现抑郁，发生率为33.1%；②相关因素有性别、社会交往、家庭关系、偏瘫程度、病变部位，其中大脑半球病变及偏瘫严重程度与抑郁状态关系密切。

Multinomial Logistic regression showed that having heart disease, being stroke or hemiplegy, worrying about their children, living alone, having conflict with relatives, the frequency of negative life events, self-percieving economy, frequency of communicating with friends were influencing factors and being fond of watching TV or playing cards or Majiang, getting help when needed and having friends who could be trusted in may decrease the incidence of geriatric depression.

结果：(1) 1236名调查对象中，老年抑郁症89例，发病率为7.2％；(2)多元Logistic回归分析显示：是否患有心脏病、中风或偏瘫，是否担心子女、独居、与亲友有冲突，有无看电视，打牌或打麻将，能否获得需要的帮助，有无可信任的朋友，经济自评，与朋友交流的频率，负性生活事件次数对老年抑郁症的发病率的影响有统计学意义，是老年抑郁症发病率的影响因素；(3) GMS量表自动诊断系统AGECAT在农村社区老年抑郁症流行病学调查中应用时，具有较高的信度和效度。

Methods 52 patients with hepatolenticular degeneration were assessed with Symptom Checklist90 (Scl90) and the psychological distress of patients in different gender, disease duration and place of residence were compared.

对52例住院的HLD患者应用症状自评量表(Scl90)进行心理测评，对不同性别、病程、居住地的HLD患者的心理状况进行比较。

Results blood pressure and score reducing rate of the sds significantly decreased(p.05 or 0.01).conclusion fluoxetine can improve depressive symptoms of senile hypertensive patients with depression and have definite hypotensor actions.

结果 经6w治疗，研究组血压及抑郁自评量表减分率较对照组下降明显（p.05～p.01）。结论氟西汀能有效改善老年性高血压合并抑郁障碍患者的抑郁症状，同时也有一定的降血压作用。

Meanwhile, we undertook this study to survey cognitivefunction in adult epileptic patients by auditory event-related potentials.Methods:A series of previously validated generic and disease-specific instruments wasselected to survey the QOLIE. We took the idiopathetic epileptic patients as thetrials and sex, age, education matched general people as the controls. Moodstatus was all assessed. Several factors contribute to QOLIE were evaluated.

以确诊的原发性癫癎病人为实验组，使用癫癎生活质量量表(QOLIE-31)附加世界卫生组织生存质量量表中文版简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评定 QOLIE；以年龄、性别、文化程度匹配的一般人群为对照组，使用 WHOQOL-BREF评定 QOL；对两组均应用症状自评量表评价心境健康；分析性别、病程、发作类型、发作频率、抗癫癎药(Anti-epileptic drugs，AEDs)、情绪障碍等各种影响因素的作用。
