X 6 x 25 mm3 tested plates were cut from samples prepared from heating the PLLA powder at 220 oC under vacuum without pressure and gradually cooled from 220 oC until room temperature in a pot vented with nitrogen for one night. The crystallinity value of resultant samples was 43 %. These tested plates were implanted in the dorsal subcutis of S.D. rat after sterilization with ethylene oxide and removed at 1 d、3 d、7 d、21 d and 35 d intervals.
