The radical scavenging activity of Laminaria japonica pigments was studied by the DPPH2,2-Diphenyl~(-1-picrylhydrazylassay. The total pigments showed a strong DPPH radical scavenging activity of 65.819% with the concentration of 0.52mg.ml~(-1). The DPPH radical scavenging activity of fucoxanthin was 19.85% with the concentration of 0.27mg.ml~(-1). The antimicrobial activity of pigment in Laminaria japonica was studied by the method of round paper. The results showed that the pigment extracts have activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Saricina flava and Saccharomyes cerevisia. The antibacterial activity of total pigments for Saccharomyes cerevisia was the strongest with an inhibition diameter of 18.9 mm; and the antibacterial activity of fucoxanthin for Saricina flava was also much significant with an inhibition diameter of 10.2 mm.

测定了它们对自由基的清除率和对四种细菌的抑菌效果，研究结果表明，总色素和褐藻黄素的浓度与自由基清除率成正比，当总色素浓度为0.52mg.ml~(-1)时，清除率达到65.819%，高于陆生植物黑米色素和紫甘薯色素；当褐藻黄素浓度为0.27mg.ml~(-1)时，自由基清除率达到19.85%，低于紫苏色素、紫甘蓝色素、黑米色素、紫甘薯色素；对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、八叠球菌、金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌实验结果显示，海带总色素对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活性最强，抑菌圈直径为18.9mm；褐藻黄素对八叠球菌的抑菌活性相对较强，抑菌圈直径为10.2mm。

By Galerkin meshless method, the equations of motion of static rectangular membrane is established. The first ten natural frequencies of the different aspect ratios and the different pull ratios of rectangular membrane with four clamped edges, three clamped edges and one free edge, two opposite free edges and other two clamped edges were calculated. It is feasible and valid to solve the transverse vibration problem of membrane by Galerkin meshless method.

采用伽辽金无网格法，建立了矩形薄膜横向自由振动的运动方程，并对四边固支、三边固支一边自由、一对边固支另一对边自由三种边界条件下，薄膜的不同长宽比及不同单位长度拉力比作用下的矩形薄膜的前十阶固有频率进行了数值计算，结果说明伽辽金无网格法用于求解薄膜横向振动问题是切实可行的。

ResultsThe results showed that two extracts of Galla Chinensis had strong scavenging effect on DPPH free radical. The IC50 of scavenging DPPH radical of the water extract and ethanol extract from Galla Chinensis were 0.414 7 mg/L and 0.858 6 mg/L respectively.

结果五倍子两种提取物具有良好的清除DPPH自由基的作用，在实验条件下，五倍子水提取物清除DPPH自由基的IC50为0.414 7 mg/L，五倍子醇提取物清除DPPH自由基的IC50为0.858 6 mg/L。

Calves in group 1were fed by traditional model(power feed + guinea grass),fresh milk 4L/d and warm water, and were trained to ingest guinea grass freely; Calves in group 2 were fed with fresh milk 7L/d and warm water, and were trained to ingest pellet concentrate freely; Calves in group 3 were fed with fresh milk 7L/dand warm water, and were trained to ingest pellet concentrate added with yeast culture(20g/d).
