For efficient utilization of phosphorus—rich rhodochrosite and complicated sulfides, we have carried out some studies on enrichment of manganese, dephosphorization and bio-catalytical oxidation of sulfides supported by NSFC (No. 59374150, 59774010), the main contents include: properties of Huayuan Manganese ore; microorganisms preparation of dealing with manganese ore; physiological and biochemical properties of microbes used; the mechanism of microbes function to manganese ore; the separation, tameness of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans and its nutriment; bio—catalytical oxidation mechanism of sulfides; extraction of gold by bio—catalytical oxidation—cyanidation.

为解决我国储量丰富的高磷贫碳酸锰矿石和复杂硫化矿有效利用中存在的问题，我们在国家自然科学基金委员会的资助下（No.59374150，No.59774010），以花垣锰矿石和黄铜矿、黄铁矿等为研究对象，进行了高磷贫碳酸锰矿石的微生物富锰降磷和生物催化氧化硫化矿等的研讨工作，内容包括：花垣锰矿石的性质研究；富锰降磷微生物的筛选；试验用微生物的生理生化特性及富锰降磷机理探讨；催化氧化硫化矿细菌的分离、驯化及营养条件确定；生物催化氧化硫化矿的机制；金的生物催化氧化—氰化提取。

The aim is to seek more effectively new method of separation and purification for rubidium salts, so as to provide basic scientific data for further application study.

This includes the determination of gross reducible iron and manganese oxides, their soluble behavior and the kinetics of redox reaction between iron and manganese oxides and phenolic compounds. Finally, the reductive dissolution of natural minerals in soils in tropic and subtropic zones by phenolic compounds in comparison with corresponding synthetic minerals it also given.

Based on the large-scale model test on soil-pile-structure interaction, as a part of the project financed by nature science national fund, analysis of soil-foundation -structure dynamic interaction (NO.50278033), some issues about modeling of soil-structure interaction system are discussed in this thesis. These issues mainly include simulation of soil infinity, selection of dynamic constitution model of material, simulation of the changing status nonlinearity on soil structure interface, meshing, using of symmetry principle and so on.

结合国家自然科学基金课题《地基-基础-上部结构相互作用体系动力特性研究》(NO.50278033)，以大比例桩筏基础框架模型试验为基础，运用通用有限元软件MARC，首先对土—框架结构动力相互作用体系进行有限元计算建模的一些问题作了研究，主要包括粘—弹性人工边界的施加、土域范围的选取、材料本构模型的选用、土体与结构交界面上状态非线性的模拟、网格划分以及对称性的应用等。

The projects are supported by National Nature Science Foundation of China. In the thesis, we take the heat transfer analysis of 3D interfacial layer of two contact solids as a cut-in point and investigates the visualization simulation of 3D ITR in the condition of vacuum and micro therm.

The unnoble metal Cobalt catalysts were selected in the reaction system. The study was both of theoretical significance of selective hydrogenation and practical significance of making full of abound bay oil resources in GuangXi province. Cobalt-based catalysts of Co-La/Al2O3 modified by La and Co-Fe/Al2O3 modified by Fe were prepared by impregnation. The selectivity and activity of catalysts were elvaluated with active test.
