By the help of National Natural Science Foundation of China, we have done some studies about the kinesics characters of Kv1.4 and KV4 channels. In order to make the kinesics characters clear, we used many techniques such as rite-directed mutagenesis, TEV , perfusion of high extracellular K on Kv1.4 and KV4 channels.
