This thesis sets Japanese teaching as an ex-ample.It tells us in two yeas time the author has mainly used natural experiments, by mean of intensifying and training to improve students′Japanese level.Meanwhile she exploits students′unintelligence factor, especially makes them form good foreign language learning habits and grasp good way to study in dependently.Through the practicing explorations in this several ways .

本文以日语教学为例，主要采用自然实验法，在2 年时间内，通过强化训练的教学方法来提高学生的日语水平，同时对学生进行非智力因素的开发，尤其是良好外语学习习惯的养成及学习方法的掌握，为学生自学能力的养成打下良好基础。

Immunohistochemical method was used to detect avian leukosis virus subgroup J from egg-type chicken, which was preliminarily diagnosed to appear subgroup J avian leukosis. The organs from these chickens were examined by ALV-J gp85 monoclonal antibody, these organs included marrow, liver, spleen, kidney, lung, heart, pancreas, oviduct, ovary, ventriculus glanduaris, skeletal muscle, cerebrum, ischiacticus nerve.

本文针对煤矿开采对地下水污染的问题，首先根据研究区域自然地理与水文地质条件分析了煤矿开采对地下水污染机理，然后通过对研究区域地下水污染物组分的分析，考虑各种评价方法的优缺点，采用模糊综合评判法，对煤炭开采对地下水的污染做出了比较合乎实际的评价，并实现了模糊评价的电算化，同时利用Matlab分析了煤矿开采对地下水污染的趋势。
