Based on the research results of Chaos theory, in this dissertation, it has made detailed analysis of the chaotic signal generator. Firstly, the characteristic and various detection methods of chaotic signal are recommended. Secondly, with the aid of software, such as MATLAB, PSPICE, EWB, etc, discussion of the process of generating chaotic signal proceeds. Through simulation, the output result of several kinds of chaotic circuit are analyzed and compared. Thirdly, aiming at Chuas chaotic circuit, through debugging, the impacts by components and parts in the circuit, such as operation amplifier, capacity, inductor, etc, has been further investigated. And then provides a new scheme to implement Lorenz chaotic system, the circuit design and analysis are presented in detail and it can be realized by the hardware of programmable arrays FPGA, the experimental results indicate that this scheme has the advantages of easy operation, flexible design and high efficiency. An application example in secure communications is also provided. Finally, through picking up the characteristic parameter-Lyapunov exponent of the Chaos we can analyze the performance of different chaotic signal generators.

本文在混沌理论研究成果的基础上，对混沌信号的产生做了详细的分析，涵盖以下内容：首先介绍了混沌的定义，混沌信号的基本特性和各种判别方法，特别是对简单的一维Logistic映射的硬件实现问题做了初步探索；其次对混沌信号的产生方法进行讨论，借助于MATLAB、PSPICE、EWB等仿真软件，对几种混沌电路输出的混沌信号进行了分析比较，并在此基础上针对典型三阶连续自治系统Chua's电路作进一步实验研究，通过混沌电路调试，深入研究电路中各元器件，特别是运算放大器、电容、电感等对混沌信号时域以及频谱的影响；再次研究连续混沌系统的数字化硬件产生，设计了Lorenz混沌电路在现场可编程门阵列FPGA上实现的新方案，在保密通信中的应用实验结果表明该方案具有操作简单、设计灵活、效率高等优点；最后针对不同混沌系统，采取不同算法，提取混沌特性参数Lyapunov指数，进而对不同的混沌信号发生器的性能进行了分析。

In the 1960s, Japanese scholar Sumiko Yamamoto made more detailed summarization for the definition of the Localization Movement of the Churches in China in her article "The Independent Movement of Christianity in China in the 1920s":"First, churches are formed of Chinese; Second, churches are independent in administration and operation; Third, churches have independence in the economic aspect; Fourth, churches are adapted to the Chinese in the aspects of church building, divine music, divine painting and liturgy etc. Fifth, accommodate the sacrificial fete and customs of the Chinese and Christianize them; Sixth, churches must be involved in the practical issues in the State and the society of China; Seventh, churches must get rid the tradition and colors of the European and American churches; Eighth, churches must be able to control themselves, sustain themselves and spread by themselves."

应元道先生曾对20世纪20年代开展的中国基督教本色运动的讨论加以概括，认为所谓本色的基督教会应有以下几个特点："一是中华国民的教会；二是根据中国基督教徒自己的经验而设立的；三是富有中国文化的质素的；四是要把基督教与中国文化合而为一的；五是能适合中华民族的精神和心理的；六是能使中国基督徒的宗教生活和经验合乎中国风土的" [1]。60年代，日本学者山本澄子在其所著的《二十年代中国基督教的自立运动》一文中，对中国教会本色化运动的定义作了更详细的概括："一，以中国人为教会的构成；二，教会的行政与运作等方面的自立；三，教会在经济方面的自立；四，教会在教堂建筑、圣乐、圣画、礼拜仪式等方面的中国化；五，容纳中国人的祭祀与习俗，并与基督教化；六，教会要置身于中国国家与社会的现实问题之内；七，教会要除去欧美教会的传统与色彩；八，教会要能自治、自养、自传。"

The second section focuses on discussing the inherent relationship between the system of right to know and the construction of socialist political civilization. This section points out that: it is the precedent condition for promoting and assuring civil participation as well as for realizing and assuring democracy to keep information open and satisfy civil right to know; assuring the right to know is the essence of the ideology of supremacy in citizen and the important motive for promoting the formulation of our constitutional state; assuring civil right to know plays a crucial role in improving the credit of government and realizing the government management of standard and service; disclosure of government information is benefit to set a mechanism of anti-corruption and control, and to integrate the interest between government and the civil in order to realize the public interest; installation of the system of right to know is also the prerequisite to assure our social self-government of basic level.

第二部分重点论述了知情制度与社会主义政治文明建设的关系，指出：信息公开，满足公民的知情权，是促使和保证公民参与的先决条件，是实现民主与保障民主的根本前提：保障知情权是主权在民理念的必然要素，保障公民的知情权是宪政的价值目标之一，因而知情权的人权确认是推动我国民主宪政建设的重要动力；确认和保障公众的知情权是提高政府的信用，实现规范化、服务性的政府管理的关键所在：政府信息公开有助于反腐机制和监督机制的建设，政府与民众的利益整合，以促进公共利益的实现；建立知情制度确保公民知情权是保障社会基层自治得到切实的落实和良性运转的必要条件。

The present thesis adopts Iseult Honohan's six basic elements of republicanism as a theoretical framework for the study of Jefferson's conception of republicanism, which is the theoretical basis of his conception of the ward system:(1) Jefferson's conception of virtue, characterized by his optimism about the universality of the moral sense and the people's capacity of self-government;(2) Jefferson's conception of freedom, characterized by his synthesis of both negative liberty and positive liberty;(3) Jefferson's criterion of the republican government and the scope of the republic, characterized by his synthesis of both participation and representation;(4) Jefferson's conception of the shaping of republican citizens, characterized by the synthesis of school education and active participation in public affairs;(5) Jefferson's conception of the material preconditions of the republic, characterized by his primary concern for the economic independence and political freedom of both the individual and the nation.

杰斐逊的共和主义思想是他的分区制度构想的理论基础。论文首先采用Iseult Honohan 的"共和主义基本要素"作为理论框架，从以下五个方面对杰斐逊的共和主义思想进行研究：(1)道德观，主要特点体现为对道德意识的普遍性和人民的自治能力持乐观态度；(2)自由观，主要特点体现为消极自由与积极自由相结合；(3)共和政府的标准以及共和国的范围，主要特点体现为人民直接参政与代议制相结合；(4)塑造共和公民，主要特点体现为学校教育与积极参与公共事务相结合；(5)共和国的经济基础，主要特点体现为对个人与国家的经济独立与政治自由的关注。

Through discussing the transformation of the system of lawyers during the generation and development of it, and analyzing the phenomena of practicing alienation which have emerged from the Chinese lawyering under Chinese system of lawyers in force, and combining the relevant internal and external theories, we hope to demonstrate some opinions.The first, the external conditions which included the considerable authoritative position of the law and the widespread acceptance by civilian under the rule-by-law situation of the west as England, U-S-A, France and Germany, and the internal conditions which included the great professional practical skills and the improvement of the autonomous and self-governing systems, had formed a great solid base for the establishment and development of the system of lawyers of the West.

拙文通过对律师制度的产生与发展过程中的制度演变的讨论，通过对中国现行律师制度之下中国律师业出现的执业异化的现象的剖析，从政治国家与市民社会的理论模型入手，结合国内外有关的理论探讨，力图说明以下观点：首先，已建立了律师制度的英、美、法、德等西方国家的高度法治状态下法律具有的至高无上的权威地位和民众对律师职业的内在认同等外部条件，以及律师具有的高度专业化的服务技能与他人无法取代的业务素养和律师业自治自律的机制的不断强化等内在条件，为这些西方国家的律师制度奠定了非常坚实的构建和发展的基础。

本文以治理和善治为分析框架，在实证研究的基础上，通过对传统时期、集体化时期、后集体时期的乡村治理与老人福利变迁的历史考察和后集体时期不同区域类型的乡村治理与老人福利的差异比较，得出如下结论：(1)不同时期老人福利状况不同，并不是家庭养老模式发生了变化，而是家庭养老的制度基础发生了变化，其关键因素是支持农村社区组织控制社区经济和约束社区成员的国家意识形态、经济体制、政治制度、法律文化等方面发生了变化；(2)中国发展是不均衡的，后集体时期，我国治理农村的制度框架基本相同，都是乡政村治、分户经营，但不同的地区的老人福利也有很大的差异，其主要原因是不同区域类型的村庄有不同的社会结构，其老人的社会地位和不孝行为所受村庄公共舆论约束力不同；不同区域的乡村组织状况不同，其乡村干部保障老人福利的意愿和力度不同；(3)在现有的乡村治理模式中，选举老人特别是在村庄定居的退休干部担任村组干部，发展自治性的老年协会和开展经常性的、群体性的老年文体娱乐活动，可以提高老人福利、改善乡村治理。
