As a kind of very complicated crime phenomena, the suicide crime is a blameful, and punishable act that in order to achieve a certain personal goal, the actors have the psychology and behavior of perishing together when they perish themselves, and regard the society or others as the target of endangering ,and the act is also seriously dangerous to society.

作为一种非常复杂的犯罪现象，自杀性犯罪是指行为人在自我毁灭的同时，为了达到某种个人目的，以同归于尽的心态及行为，以社会或者他人为危害对象，严重危害社会及他人的应受到指责、处罚和制裁的行为。
