自我教育的

Firstly, it is a humanized education rooted on human establishing to enrich the students soul, developtheir personality, realize their autoeroticism, self-choice and self-perfection; Secondly, it is a spiritual education, which helps the students to find their spiritual homestead, expand their spiritual space, contradicting their spiritual mediocrity.

我认为，文学教育首先是一种人化教育，以"立人"为根本，旨在丰富学生的心灵，发展学生的个性，实现学生人格的自我反省、自我选择和自我完善。其次是一种精神教育，是让学生寻找精神家园的活动，可以拓展学生的精论中学语文教学中的文学教育神空间、对抗学生精神的平庸，为学生打下"精神的底子"。

The results of this study include:ⅠThe most demand factors of the staffs in general include (1)Job stability (2)sound working environment (3) nice relationships between superior and subordinate (4) suffocation family time (5) hominy relationship among staffs. Besides the Chinese Medical Doctors and Nurses emphasized on the opportunity of on job training and the ability of specialization. Those staffs owned graduate degree demand high automotive job.

整体而言，以（1）工作的保障与无虑的生活、2）良好工作环境、（3）良好的主管与部属关系、（4）与家人的相处时间、（5）和谐的同事情感，被列为工作相关因素需求最高之因素；其中医师与护理人员重视对自身「专业能力与进修的机会」，而拥有研究所学历的员工希望有「自主与自治性高的工作」显然与其学校养成教育有关，担任主管者则对「自我实现的成就感」有切身之需求。

This dissertation holds that education should transfer from discipline education to dialogic education. Dialogic education aims at eliminating traditional authority of education, opposing simple instilment, paying attention to individual rationality to be awoken, paying attention to individual speech, constructing the free scene of education, making man positively take part in the dialogic process to arouse individual psychic consciousness and vital dignity, making man realize his spirit self-creation and permeation as well as generation.

本文认为应从规训化教育走向对话式教育，消解传统的教育威权，反对简单的灌输，关注人的理性自觉，关注人的个体言说，营造自由的教育情景，使人在积极参与对话的过程中唤起个体的精神意识和个体的生命尊严，最终实现人的精神的自我创造、充盈与生成。

Though today we stand at the cusp of this new vision, the future will see institutions and traditional forms of education receding gradually, reluctantly, to a tide of self-directing and self-motivated learners.

虽然今天我们还处在这新世界的门口，未来将看到教育机构和传统教育形式将被迫逐渐消失，学习者自我知道自我激励将大行其道。

Results After education,the score of basic knowledge on sexual health of the girls in the experimental group increased from4.86to17.20.The score of positive attitude toward menstrua tion increased from 31.8 to 42.3.The percentage of the girls who had healthful and optimistic emotion during the menstruation increased from 43.5% to 82.9%.The percentage of the girls who visited hospital if they had reproductive diseases increased from 54.3% to 87.6%.

结果教育后，学生性生理卫生知识得分由教育前的4.9上升到17.2；对待月经的正确态度得分由教育前的31.8上升到42.3；月经来潮时具有健康乐观情绪的比例由教育前的43.5％上升到82.9％；能够主动寻求帮助（如有生殖系统疾病回答去医院就诊）的比例由教育前的54.3％上升到87.6％；注意经期卫生的比例由教育前的50.9％上升到79.0％；预防性侵犯意识和自我保护能力增强。

With the gradual progress of open and reform and the establishment of socialist market economy system,the concept of moral and value has changed greatly,which offers new requirement to college moral education and asks for continual innovation which can be illustrated in two aspects: one is content innovation which should focus on credit person,patriotic citizen,continual developing environment,hard working merit,creating innovation,good living manner and self-perfecting existence.

Meanwhile, 'to educate' means 'to be educated', a process of self-improving. As the time puts new requirements to education, the teacher should make his personality grow up when aging, to contribute more to the cause of education and the development of students.

同时，教育他人的过程也是一个不断反思自我，完善自我的过程，所以教师应当使自己的性格随着年龄的增长，随着时代对教育所提出的新的要求不断成熟起来，以便更好地为教育做出贡献，为学生的发展做出贡献。

In the school's educational style, it is showed by the students'self-generation as human-being, teacher's self-generation and other each kind of person's education significance self-generation.

在学校教育样式中，表现为学生作为人的自我生成和作为人的教师的自我生成，同时也是学校里面其他各种人的教育意义的自我生成。

Currently, there are many problems of left-behind children education in Yangxin county : worrying situation of survival; poor academic performance, loathing learning; a serious character flaw, weak self-binding; moral anomie, mental health imbalance; code of conduct losing, deviation of behavior.

当前，阳新县农村留守儿童教育存在生存环境不佳，生存状况堪忧；学业成绩较差，厌学情绪浓厚；性格缺陷严重，自我约束力弱；道德品质失范，心理健康失衡；行为规范丧失，行为偏差等严重问题，究其原因，主要表现为家庭期望与情感饥渴的冲突、教育条件与人才培养的冲突、新的教育理念与传统教育评价的冲突、学校教育与外界影响的冲突、学业成绩与成材愿望的冲突。

Schools education should gradually train students' cooperation and ability that are self-aid and self-saving and self-development from preschool education, which is all from simple to difficult and from low to deep.
