摘 要：采用问卷调查、文献资料调研和数理统计等方法，对甘肃省中学的体育与健康行为状况进行了调查研究。发现甘肃省中学生对体育的认识与行为之间存在着差异，对具有特色性和娱乐性的运动项目兴趣较浓，对健康内涵以及影响健康因素的理解程度较好，自我保健方面的知识缺乏，在此基础上提出了若干对策与建议。
