The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1) According to involved theories of ferromagnetics, the microscopic mechanism of domain structure is analyzed systematically; through the movement variation of domain structure, that is the movement of domain wall and rotation of magnetic moment, the magnetization process is illustrated in an applied magnetic field. Meanwhile, by the use of energy methods, a study is performed on influencing factors of domain movement including stress, dope, scattering field, etc. The influence of various energies is dealt with on the magnetic behavior and parameters of ferromagnetic material; the corresponding theories of the spontaneous magnetization and technical magnetization are also discussed.

本文以此为研究背景，通过理论分析和模型试验，系统地研究了钢结构全磁通应力无损检测技术的基本理论和应用方法，主要研究工作如下：(1)根据铁磁学的相关理论，分析了铁磁材料磁畴结构产生的微观机理，并通过对磁畴结构运动变化规律，即磁畴壁移动和磁矩转动规律的研究，分析了外磁场作用下铁磁材料的磁化过程与一般规律，同时采用能量分析方法，研究了影响铁磁材料磁畴运动的主要因素，包括应力、掺杂和弥散磁场等，探讨了各种能量对铁磁材料磁行为和磁参量的影响，研究了相应的自发磁化理论和技术磁化理论等。

The discussion emphasizes particularly on some important issues closely related to the slow manifold of the atmospheric motion such as properties of the balance dynamics, the spontaneous emission of inertia gravity wave from balance flow, theory and application of PV inversion and the relation to initialization issue of numerical model. Moreover, an overview of the history and the state of the art of researches in this field are given to provide domestic researchers of relevant topics a clue for the understanding of general picture of this field and entering into specific research issues.

Result: 1、Ethology result:50 rats were injecting convulsive dose kainic acid, showing prodrome such as gaze, wet dog shake in the 0-30 minutes; 1-5 degree epileptic attack in the 30-60minutes; 4-5 degree repteately spontaneous epileptic attack in 60-90 minutes; then status epilepticus,SE-epileptic attack endurance became longer and interval became shorter with bulk salivas and various kinds psychomotor symptoms.

结果：1、行为学结果：SD大鼠(n=50)在注射惊厥剂量(10mg/kg)KA后，0-30min内动物出现凝视，湿狗样抖动(wet dog shake，WDS)等前驱症状；30-60min内动物出现1-5级癫痫发作；60-90min内动物反复自发出现4-5级癫痫发作；其后动物癫痫发作持续时间延长，间隔变短伴有大量唾液分泌，出现各种精神运动症状，呈现SE，SE后10天，用阈下剂量(5mg/kg)KA检测动物对癫痫刺激的敏感性。

During the movement, the key problem is the contest for the ground. As the ownership of the land of salt fields is complex, the unification of the ownerhship of land was not easy. Zhang creatively took advantage of the form of modern joint-stock company to solve the problem.
