针对目前国内外VTS系统中暴露出的薄弱点，以及应用实践中表现出的不足本文对综合信息处理与显示系统做了进一步的研究和完善，取得了以下的研究成果： 1、电子海图显示系统中鹰眼图的功能设置与实现； 2、设计一种简易的选图算法，通过该算法实现可在海图放大、缩小时的自动选图； 3、电子海图上自动录取区的实现； 4、实现对雷达和AIS目标数据及其误差的软件仿真； 5、船舶自动识别系统中动态信息与雷达动态信息的数据融合处理； 6、利用数据融合技术解决雷达目标跟踪方面的问题； 7、海图空间信息中显示区域裁减算法的设计，该模块的实现大幅度提高了海图的显示速度。

In this paper,The necessity of frequency tracking in ultrasonic cleaning equipmens is discussed.Based on a introduction on the principle of the mian circuit of the ultrasonic power supply for cleaning equipmens and the principle of PLL ,the output frequency of 74HC4046 is changed by a singlechip measuring the phase difference between volage and current.

本文讨论了超声波清洗机中自动频率跟踪的必要性，在介绍超声波清洗机的主电路原理、PLL锁相环原理的基础上，利用单片机检测超声电源负载的电流、电压的相位差，来改变74HC4046 的输出频率，完成了变步长频率跟踪软件设计。

Re-vectorization is performed on the basis of original vectorization by obtaining the initial parameters such as line types and slope. Inuring tricing it can adjustthe parameter adaptively. To decrease the influence of noise pixels, we designed a stop probe to detect tracing-stop conditions. Process of re-vectorization is performed recursively until quality of graph entity is satisfactory.Finally, some key technologies for 2D graphs reconstruction are studied. 在获得对图素识别质量的评价之后，质量较差的图素被输入到错误自动校正器进行错误校正处理，本文提出&二次矢量化&的错误校正思想，二次矢量化是在初步矢量化所获得知识的基础之上，取得初始参数，并在跟踪过程中动态校正参数，在跟踪结束时引入跟踪终止检测探针以消除光栅图像中黑白噪音的影响，使得算法具有较强的抗噪音干扰能力，校正后的图素仍需进行质量评价，未能通过评价的图素需递归执行二次矢量化算法。

Traditionally, a surface is usually scatted in an array of 3D data points which are topologically connected by rows and columns to form a rectangular mesh. This method can't meet the requirement of description and measurement for some complex surfaces. On the basis of tracing border points, a new method is proposed to deliver 3D data points of surfaces, which are topologically constructed with optimum rectangular and triangular mesh. In order to measure surface efficiently and safely with NC machine, an optimization of measurement paths is proposed to avoid interference between the measuring tool and the surface with holes. The curve design is the basis of surface modeling.

数控测量技术的发展为测量自动化、集成化、智能化提供了可能，而对于复杂曲面的自动测量规划则是测量技术中的难点问题，平行截面等数目测点分布和四边拓扑测点分布规划方法，不论在测点分布的合理性上还是在网格结构的优化方面，均难以满足形状或边界较复杂曲面的离散化描述和曲面造型的要求，为了实现任意拓扑曲面的自动测量，本文对复杂曲面的合理离散化描述和自动测量问题进行了研究，提出了基于边界跟踪、优化网格的测点自动分布规划和四边、三角混合网格的生成方法：同时对具有孔洞或测量干涉凸台等非完整曲面的测量路径优化问题进行了研究，提出了路径优化方法。

The main content includes as the follows:(1) An automatic neighbor discovery mechanism applicable to SDH network is proposed;(2) For the optical network with Optical Transfer Unit in WDM, a General Multi-protocol Label Switch-based automatic neighbor discovery mechanism is proposed and simulated;(3) Three automatic neighbor discovery mechanisms for the all-optical network with OEO module are proposed and comparatively simulated;(4) With the Loss of Light detecting, a novel automatic neighbor discovery mechanism in all-optical network without any OEO module is proposed.

主要工作包括：（1）提出了SDH网络的自动邻居发现机制；（2）提出了带波长转换器的光网络的自动邻居发现方案，并通过仿真对发现过程进行了跟踪和统计；（3）提出了三种带有光电转发模块的光网络的自动邻居发现策略，并做了仿真比较；（4）提出通过光丢失检测方式对不带OTU的光网络进行自动邻居发现的实现方法。
