Manu possible monitoring methods, especially, the accuracy of collimation axis、 intersection、 olar coordinate, have been studied in detail to provide the theory foundation of the application of intelligent otal-station instrument automatic monitoring system on Xiaolangdi project.The application of intelligent otal-station instrument, TCA2003, and digital water level,DiNil2, on the dam safety monitoring as well as data automatic recording have been researched extensively. All this research provide the valuable experience to in-situ data collection, automatic transferring, data analysis and treatment and management.

本文结合小浪底工程特点和地质情况，研究了小浪底水利枢纽安全监控基准体系的构建，提出了统一基准控制下的分区测控系统思路；详细研究了可用于小浪底大坝外部变形监测的多种方法，重点分析了极坐标法、交会法和视准线法的精度，为智能型全站仪自动监测系统在小浪底的应用提供了理论依据；重点研究了自动全站仪TCA2003和数字水准仪DiNi12在大坝安全监测中的应用；同时研究了测量信息自动化采集处理系统，为外业监测信息的采集、自动传输和及时处理、管理创造了有利条件。
