自体移植

Autologous bone-grafting was described by Fred Albee in 19151. Bone-grafting requires additional surgery, can be painful, and is not without complications.

Fred Albee曾于1915年描述过自体骨移植，但自体骨移植需要额外手术，可能会增加患者的痛苦且无法排除并发症。

Methods 126 cases with deep burn wounds of extremity joints were divided into two groups. 63 cases in treatment group were treated with cogranfts of allogenic acellular demal matrix and autogenetic split-thickness skin to cover the wound. 63 cases in control group were treated with thickness skin.

2002～2006年我科收治关节部位深度烧伤患者126例，随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各63例，治疗组采用J-1型脱细胞异体真皮基质与自体刃厚皮复合移植一次修复关节部位72个；对照组74个关节部位采用自体断层皮移植。

2002～2006年我科收治关节部位深度烧伤患者126例，随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各63例，治疗组采用J-1型脱细胞异体真皮基质与自体刃厚皮复合移植一次修复关节部位72个；对照组74个关节部位采用自体断层皮移植。

It present as 'two peak'. The rate of arthralgia, swell and fluidify, high white cells has no different between the two groups. But totally the rate in the group reconstructed with allogenic tendon tend to be higher than that in the the group reconstructed with autogenic tendon.

同自体肌腱移植比较，异体肌腱移植术后出现关节疼痛、肿胀积液和白细胞升高的比率差异并无统计学意义，但整体上呈现高于自体肌腱重建组的趋势。

The skin autografting which is widely used at present has cured numerous patients, but it still confront many cruxes, such as lack of donor sites, increasing in wound area caused by donor sites, contracture of grafted thin split skin and shortage of skin appendages, etc.

目前在烧伤的临床治疗中所广泛采用的自体断层皮片移植法虽然成功救治了众多患者，但也面临着严重烧伤时自体皮源不足、增加创面面积、移植后皮肤挛缩及缺乏皮肤附件等难题。

A systematic literature search of PubMed, MEDLINE, BIOSIS, EMBASE, and Cochrane EBM databases during the period of 1990–2007 was made, objective being the randomised controlled trials in patients with AMI who underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention and received intracoronary BMSC transfer, and were followed up for at least 3 months.

目前，冠脉内自体骨髓干细胞移植在AMI的临床应用仍存在较大争议。研究者检索了1990年至2007年间PubMed、MEDLINE、BIOSIS、EMBASE和Cochrane EBM等数据库收录的文献，根据以下标准纳入临床研究：以AMI症状出现24小时内接受PCI治疗者为研究对象；试验设计体现随机对照原则；移植细胞种类为非动员的自体骨髓干细胞；具有3个月以上的随访资料。

Animals in model group received L5 left hemilaminectomy and L5 dorsal root ganglion epineuriumet section and caudal vertebrae nucleus pulposus autograft,which was used to establish a modified rat model of non-compressed lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,while animals in Sham group received muscles autograft.50% paw withdraw threshold（50% PWT） of left hind limb was measured 1 day before surgery and on the 1st,3rd,7th,14th and 21st day after surgery in each group by "Up-Down" method to detect the change of the mechanical hyperalgsia.

模型组在左L5神经背根神经节应用自体髓核组织移植建立大鼠非压迫性腰椎间盘突出模型，假手术组应用自体肌肉移植。

Hours after operation, most nerve cells disappeared and the glial cells were degenerated. There were many mono-nucleus cells infiltrating in transplantation group while a few in control group. One week after operation, tissues in the infarction zone were liquescent with many monocaryons and lymphocytes infiltrating around them in control group.

术后48 h神经细胞大片消失，胶质细胞变性，自体骨髓干细胞移植组有大量单个核细胞浸润，对照组相对较少。1周后对照组梗死区脑组织液化变软，坏死灶周围可见较多的单核和淋巴细胞浸润；自体骨髓干细胞移植组大鼠部分坏死灶被新生毛细血管和胶质细胞增生修复，炎性细胞浸润不明显。

目的 观察用ao解剖钢板内固定加植骨术治疗陈旧性骨折的疗效。方法在持续硬膜外麻醉下，取胫骨前外侧弧形切口，复位、纠正骨折畸形，ao解剖钢板固定骨折断端，取自体骨移植于骨折间隙或骨质缺损处。结果 16例患者骨折畸形均纠正，骨折全部愈合，患肢功能恢复良好，内固定去除时间平均为13个月。结论 ao解剖钢板内固定加植骨术治疗陈旧性胫骨骨折是一种可靠、疗效肯定的治疗方法。 ao解剖钢板；自体骨移植；胫骨陈旧性骨折
