Methods: Autogenous vein graft model was established by transplanting the right jugular vein to infrarenal abdominal aorta in 80 Wistar rats.

Bronchiolitis obliterans is the most disturbing complication following lung transplantation. This study is to investigate whether prolonged ischemia would promote early establishment of BO Material and Methods Left lower lobectomy was performed from miniature swine. Lung fragments, each measured 1 cm3, contained terminal bronchioles were auto- or alloimplanted into the subcutaneous area around the nipples. These lung implants were removed on 7th; 14 th; 21 th; 28th and 56th days and were fixed for histological examination. Experimental group using the same procedures but the left lower lobe was washed with 4.degree.C Lactate ringer via interlobar artery before lobar bronchus was resected.

肺移植后的阻塞性细支气管炎是肺移植后最困扰的并发症，本研究的目的希望了解缺血时间的延长是否会促进阻塞性细支气管炎提早发生实验方法施行小猪的左下肺叶切除手术，将取下的肺切成含终末支气管1 公分立方的肺小块，以自体及异体异位肺移植模式，将植入小猪皮下的肺小块於植入后第7、14、21、28 及56 天取下，在病理下检示其病理变化，并利用原位灌留的方式将左下肺叶以4℃林格氏液灌洗后再摘除之，观察有无灌洗对於阻塞性细支气管炎生成的影响。

METHODS: A total of 200 volunteers who need to receive spinal fusion in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College were selected, including 102 cases received anterior cervical subcorpectomy combined with iliac bone implantation fusion following decompression, and 98 cases received posterior laminectomy for decompression combined with intertransverse process fusion. Meantime, 223 normal adults were served as the control group.

随机选择青岛大学医学院附属医院住院患者中需行脊柱融合的自愿受试者200例，其中行颈椎前路椎体次全切除减压自体髂骨植骨融合钛板内固定者102例，腰椎后路椎板切除减压横突间植骨融合内固定者98例，以223名健康正常人作对照。

Methods:The treatment of 18 cases with bone cysts was reviewed,which there were treated from January 2004 to February 2005. There were12 males and 6 females with an average age of 13 years?old. The bone cysts were located in the proximal humerus（n=9）,proximal femur（n=4）,proximal tibia（n=1）,distal tibia（n=1）,proximal ulna（n=1）,distal ulna（n=1）,and distal radius（n=1）.Under fluoroscopy, two fine bone marrow biopsy needls pierced the bone cysts from the top and the bottom of the cyst respectively.The intracystic fluid was drawn out,the cyst cavity was irrigated and then the tissue engineering complexation of autologous red bone marrow and methylprednisolone with sodium hyaluronate was injected in percutaneously.

2004.1～2005.2月，对18例骨囊肿患者（男12例，女6例，平均年龄13岁；其中肱骨近端9例，股骨近端4例，胫骨近端1例、远端1例，尺骨近端1、远端1例，桡骨远端1例）以玻璃酸钠为载体抽取自体红骨髓加入甲基强的松龙，在X线透视下，将2根骨穿针经皮分别自囊腔顶部和底部刺入骨囊肿内，抽去囊液，冲洗囊腔后注入复合物。

Results:(1) CBC possesses a natural trabecular structure. Its components is similar to the mineral of bone.(2) CBC has great cellur biocompatibility. It can promote cell adhesion, proliferation and secretory while needn t modification.(3) In nude mice, the ectopic osteogenesis of MCCAB was obvious which was better than that of CBC alone and the new bone formation increased in pace with time. In the MCCAB, both intramembranous and cartilaginous osteogeneses were seen but the former dominated.(4) When MCCAB was autotransplanted intramuscularly, the osteogenesis was much better than that of negative control groups.(5) The MCCAB can repair autogenous calvaria defects effectively and the effect was much better than that of CBM alone and blank group. Conclusion:(1) CBC possesses good biocompatibility, osteoconduction and porous structure, can be used as scaffold material for constructing of tissue engineering bone.

结果：(1)CBC具有天然的多孔网状结构，最大程度地保持了骨矿的微结构特征，可以作为骨组织工程的支架材料；(2)CBC细胞亲和性好，不需作修饰即能促进成骨细胞的粘附、增殖和分泌活动；(3)MSO/CBC复合人工骨在裸鼠皮下异位成骨作用明显，兼有膜内成骨和软骨内成骨的特点，成骨效果明显优于单纯CBC植入组；(4)MSO/CBC复合人工骨兔自体肌袋异位成骨作用明显，血管化充分，成骨效果明显优于单纯CBC植入组；(5)MSO/CBC复合人工骨修复兔颅骨临界性缺损效果好，明显优于单纯植入CBC组和空白对第四旱区大学硕士学位论文一照组，可以作为骨移植替代材料用于骨缺损畸形修复。
