Ten human cadaveric knees were tested in the following conditions:(1) intact,(2) ACL-deficient, and (3) ACL reconstruction with the "All-inside" technique using the single semitendinosus tendon graft, or single gracilis tendon graft.

将10个人尸体膝关节分3组进行操作：（1）正常膝，（2）去除前交叉韧带的膝关节，（3）运用"全内"技术重建膝关节前交叉韧带的：仅用半腱肌肌腱，或仅用骨薄肌肌腱。

Taking the moments of hip and knee joint as its controlled variables, the simulation of the motion equation shows that: After increasing the joint moment at the cushioning phase, the vertical velocity of the body center of mass distinctively speedup while horizontal velocity fall to some degree. Thus, the resultant velocity remains basically constant, but the result distance of long jump can be increased due to the enlargement of the angle of take-off.

以髋、膝关节肌力矩作为运动方程的控制变量，对其修改后的模拟结果表明：增大缓冲阶段的关节肌力矩后，人体重心的垂直速度得到明显提高，而水平速度则有所下降，在腾起合速度变化不大的情况下，由于腾起角的增大提高了跳远成绩。

The main components were a lateral expansion to the oblique popliteal ligament; a direct arm, which attached to the tibia; and an anterior arm. The oblique popliteal ligament, the largest posterior knee structure, formed a broad fascial sheath over the posterior aspect of the knee and measured 48.0 mm in length and 9.5 mm wide at its medial origin and 16.4 mm wide at its lateral attachment. It had two lateral attachments, one to the meniscofemoral portion of the posterolateral joint capsule and one to the tibia, along the lateral border of the posterior cruciate ligament facet. The semimembranosus also had a distal tibial expansion, which formed a posterior fascial layer over the popliteus muscle.

主要的部分是一个可以侧方扩展的腘斜韧带，最大的膝关节后方的组织结构，形成了一个较大的筋膜外皮位于膝关节的后方，测量结果显示长度为48mm，边缘宽度为9.5mm，侧方附件的宽度为16.4mm，它具有两个方面的附件，一个位于半月板股骨间部分的后外侧关节囊和一个在胫骨端的后叉韧带边缘，半膜肌同时也存在一个远处的胫骨扩展，形成了一个后方的筋膜附着腘肌。

RESULTS: There were three functions of hamstring in gait cycle: decelerating the concentric contraction of the iliopsoas at bending hipbone; decelerating the concentric contraction of the quadriceps at knee bending; as well as making the lower limbs under the knee get certain angular momentum at toe-off, by eccentric contraction.

结果：腘绳肌在跑步周期中的作用有3个：在屈髋时通过离心收缩拮抗髂肌；在伸膝时通过离心收缩拮抗股四头肌；在支撑阶段通过向心收缩为膝关节提供动态稳固作用和使小腿和足获得一定的角动量。

According to the surface electromyogram to statistically analyse IEMG and knee joint in different phases, we can find the relationship among the main work muscle in swinging of hurdle step, the cooperative muscle of crura muscle in doing act, the change of angle in pressing and touching down, and skill action.
