Methods 10 patients with Schatzker Ⅱ tibial plateau fractures were surgically treated with WRIGHT artificial bone graft plus polyaxial locking plate internal fixation. According to the type of fractures and the fixation in the operation, the patients were asked to exercise with CPM to recover knee joint function early after operation.

10例Schatzker Ⅱ型胫骨平台骨折患者采取万向锁定钢板结合WRIGHT人工骨植骨技术治疗，术后根据骨折类型及固定情况，早期结合CPM机行膝关节功能锻炼。
