Metaphysis was affected in 13 patients with long signal intensity on T1WI and long signal intensity on T2WI.

结果 16例均为单关节受累，其中髋关节、膝关节最易受累（各占25.00%）。

Results: During tibial metaphysis callotasis, the range of motion of knee decreased with distraction range of the limb. It was not significantly disordered in 10% distraction group, but it was significantly disordered when the distraction range was up to 20% tibial length.

结果：（1）胫骨干骺端截骨缓慢牵伸延长时，膝关节活动度随延长幅度增大而逐渐减小，当延长幅度低于10％时关节功能障碍尚不明显，但当延长幅度达20％以上时关节活动度出现显著性下降。

Methods 1 540 cases of arthroscopy were carried out from May 1980 to May 1999, including 1 426 cases of the knee, 59 of the ankle, 17 of the wrist, 21 of the first metatarsophalangeal joint, 8 of the hip, 6 of the elbow and 3 of the shoulder.

方法自1980年5月～1999年5月共施行关节镜手术1540例，病变部位分别为膝关节(1426例)、踝关节(59例)、腕关节(17例)、第一跖趾关节(21例)、髋关节(8例)、肘关节(6例)、肩关节(3例)。

Objective:To differentitate the myogenic from arthrogenic component of knee contracture resulting from being immobilized in extension for 4 weeks.

目的：区分因伸直位制动4周所致兔膝关节挛缩中的肌源性和关节源性成份。

Result:In immobilized and control hindlimbs, the mean ROM of the knee were 79.5°and 138.5°, respectively. The gain of ROM after myotomy in immobilized and control hindlimbs were 8.7°±0. 45°, 11.6°+0.58°, respectively. Only 14.75%of the limitation of motion in ROM were accounted for by the myotomy component.

结果：制动侧和对照侧膝关节的ROM分别为79.5°和138.5°，行肌肉切断术后其ROM分别增加了8.7°±0.45°，11.6°±0.58°，肌源性成分在关节挛缩中所占的比例仅为14.75％。

Background: Nonoperative treatment of posterolateral knee injuries tends to yield poor results.
