Abstract］ Objective The study is to evaluate the efficacy of less invasive stabilization system for complicated fractures of knee joint,and to discuss the influence of LISS for complicated fractures of knee joint.

e#［摘要］目的通过报告AO微创内固定系统治疗膝关节周围复杂骨折的临床效果，探讨LISS对该类骨折复位及愈合的影响。

The major manifestations of MR imaging included synovial hyperplasia and pannus formation, joint effusion, bone marrow oedma, adnormality of signal and shape of meniscus, soft tissue swelling, cartilage destruction,popliteal lymphagogue, et al.

结果42例JIA患者的42个膝关节可见不同程度的MR异常改变（100%），主要影像学表现包括滑膜增生及血管翳形成、关节腔渗出积液、骨髓水肿、半月板形态及信号异常改变、关节软骨破坏、腘窝淋巴结肿大等。

OBJECTIVE: To examine the relationship of knee malalignment to the occurrence of knee osteoarthritis among subjects without radiographic OA at baseline to determine whether malalignment is a risk factor for incident disease or simply a marker of increasing disease severity.

目的：测定在没有放射检查的骨性关节炎受试者发生骨性关节炎与膝关节结构不齐的关系，明确结构不齐是发生骨性关节炎的危险因素还是仅仅是病情加重的标志。

Methods The treatment which included joint clearance and lateral retinacular release of knee osteoarthritis with malalignment in patellofemoral joint was evaluated in 34 patients.

对34例伴有膑股关节对线不良的膝关节骨关节炎患者进行关节清理术结合外侧支持带松解。

RESULTS: The fracture of tibial plateau usually induces the malunion of fracture, growth retardation of epiphyses and ultimately shape valgus deformity of knee joint.

结果：在创伤中，胫骨平台骨折常常造成骨折的畸形愈合，骨骺的生长阻滞，最终形成膝关节的外翻畸形。

Methods All operation were performed in normal radioparent operatingtable,an 8cm incision is located in fibular of the patella ligament, drill in the femoral intercondylar ,the fracture is manipulatively reducted with the knee flexion, enlarging the medulla ,then interlocking intramedullary nail is inserted.

手术均在能透视的普通手术台进行，于髌韧带外侧缘做8 cm的切口，经股骨髁间窝开孔，膝关节屈曲手法复位，依次扩髓，逆行穿入带锁钉。

At 4-week, GAG content in JG as significantly lower than that in RG and CG, while dead cell ratio in RG significantly higher than those in JG and CG. Mankin scores in RG and JG ere significantly higher than that in CG. At 8-week, GAG content in RG as significantly lower than that in CG, while dead cell ratio and Mankin scores ere significantly higher than those in CG.

结果 显微观察显示两组训练动物在训练4周时便开始有膝关节软骨过劳性损伤早期改变，8周时损伤改变进一步加重。4周时，蹦跳组GAG含量明显低于对照组及跑步组，跑步组死亡细胞率明显高于对照组以及蹦跳组，跑步组和蹦跳组Mankin评分明显高于对照组；8周时，跑步组GAG含量明显低于对照组，死亡细胞率与Mankin评分明显高于对照组。
