ObjectivesOsteoarthritis of the knee, also named as hyperplasive gonarthritis, or osteoarthrosis of the knee, is a common degenerative articular disease, characterized with pain and stiffness of the knee, and fractional sound when the knee is moving.

一。研究目的膝骨性关节炎(Osteoarthritis of the knee，KOA)，又称增生性膝关节炎、膝骨关节病等，是一种常见的退行性关节疾病，临床上以膝关节疼痛、僵硬、活动受限、活动时可有摩擦响声为特征，是一种累及骨、滑膜及关节周围支持结构的疾病。

We compare it with the Votalin treating that have been proved effective on clinic during the experiment, and detect intraosseous pressure in the upper part of tibia and the content of nitrogen monoxidum in articular cartilages、 synovial membranes、 synovias of knee joint, we can initially identify the mechanism of action that this theropy treat on gonarthritis, supply the theoretical and experimental evidence for making general use of it on clinic.

以致骨内高压的方式造模，于兔腹股沟中点以下10mm处结扎并切断右侧股静脉建立兔膝骨关节炎模型，造模10周后各组采用相应的方法进行治疗，4周后将骨髓活检穿刺针穿刺达胫骨上端髓腔内，以三通管与传感器相连检测骨内压，后将动物处死，取膝关节软骨、滑膜、关节液，检测一氧化氮含量。

Results: According to the Merchans functional rating scale ,the functional scores of retrograde locked intramedullary nail groop: 9 excellent 17 good and 4 fair, with a good to excellenct rate of 86.6%; that of 95 degree dynamic condylar screw groop: 4 excellent 12 good and 3fair,with a good to excellenct rate of 83.7%; that of condylar buttress plate groop:3 excellent , 11 good and 4 fair, with a good to excellenct rate of 77.8%; that of condylar blade plate groop: 8 excellent, 30 good and 13 fair, with a good to excellenct rate of 74.4%.

结果：根据Merchan膝关节评分标准，逆行交锁髓内钉治疗30例，优9例，良17例，一般4例，优良率86.6％；动力髁螺钉治疗19例，优4例，良12例，一般3例，优良率83.7％；解剖钢板治疗18例，优3例，良11例，一般4例，优良率77.8％；L钢板治疗51例，优8例，良30例，一般13例，优良率74.4％。

Methods From February 1997 to February 2006, the data of 6 total knee arthroplasty performed in 4 hemophilic patients was reviewed retrospectively.

目的探讨对血友病关节炎患者行人工膝关节置换的临床效果及其围手术期处理方法。

Total knee arthroplasty could alleviate knee pain and improve joint function in advanced severe hemophilic arthritic patients.

结论人工膝关节置换可以为重度血友病性关节炎患者减轻关节疼痛，改善关节功能，但是围手术期并发症较多，需要密切监测凝血因子Ⅷ或Ⅸ活性，监测抑制性抗体形成，防止各种早期和晚期并发症的发生。

Results After TKA, the hemophilic patients felt pain of knee relieved, the knee function was improved, but the range of motion increased limitedly.

结果血友病关节炎患者行人工膝关节置换可以使关节疼痛明显缓解，步行距离、上下楼梯和坐位起立等功能明显改善，关节活动度增加。

Results 25 cases of fracture, 35 of bone marrow edema, 31 of meniscus trauma, 40 of ligament trauma and 46 of hydrarthrosis were diagnosed by MRI, whilst 17 cases of fracture and 3 of hydrarthrosis were diagnosed by X-ray and CT.
