Methods: Nineteen patients with symptomatic chondral and osteochondral lesions of the knee who were treated with fresh osteochondral allografts between 1999 and 2002 were prospectively followed. The mean age at the time of surgery was thirty-four years.

从1999到2002年随访了19位接受新鲜骨软骨同种异体骨治疗有症状的膝关节软骨和骨软骨病变的病人，手术时的平均年龄为34岁。

Abstract］ Objective To explore the diagnosis and clinical application values of MRI on chondromalacia patellae.Methods 12 cases of chondromalacia patellae were checked by orthovoltage X-ray,the sick knee joints were scanned with 0.2 T permanent magnetic MRI,and the displays of X-ray and MRI were analyzed.

目的 探讨MRI用于髌骨软骨软化的诊断及临床应用价值方法对12例髌骨软骨软化患者行常规X线检查，并使用0.2 T永磁型MRI对患病膝关节进行扫描检查，观察分析髌骨软骨软化的X线及MRI表现。

Conclusion］1.The main purpose for the application of the arthroscopic in UKA is to deal with other disease inside the knee rather than to confirm the indication of the operation.2.Arthroscopy is an effective way for the patients combined lateral menisci injury and other compartmental mild osteoarthritis.

结论］(1)关节镜在膝关节单间室置换中应用的主要目的在于处理关节内的其他病变而非确定手术适应证；(2)对于合并外侧半月板损伤和其他间室轻度骨性关节炎的患者，关节镜仍是一种有效的辅助治疗手段。
