The injury of tendon and ligament such as the rupture, thickening, hydropsia and circuity also were showed by 16-slice spiral CT image.

在15例膝关节交叉韧带损伤病例中，8例交叉韧带损伤伴撕脱骨折诊断明确，6例单纯交叉韧带断裂诊断明确， 1例韧带断裂未显示，诊断准确率为93.33%。16层螺旋CT可显示肌腱的断裂、增粗、水肿和迂曲等。

16-slice spiral CT by all kind of imaging ways could clearly display the anatomy and the pathologic changes of tendon, muscle belly and ligament such as the rupture, thickening, hydropsia and circuity, provided a effective way to diagnose the closed injury of antebrachim tendon and cruciate ligaments of knee joint.
