Objective To discuss clinical and imaging features of SAPHO syndrome, a syndrome which clinically presents synovitis,hyperostosis, osteitis and skin lesions.

目的探讨滑膜炎、痤疮、脓疱疮、骨肥厚、骨炎综合征的临床和影像学表现。

ABSTRACT The etiology of the synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis syndrome remains unclear and treatment with various drugs for SAPHO syndrome often fails.

SAPHO综合症（滑膜炎-痤疮-脓疱疹-骨肥厚和骨炎）的病因不清楚，很多药物的疗效不佳。

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Patients with psoriatic arthritis as well as those with synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, osteitis syndrome share some common features, and in fact, for many authors the SAPHO concept fits well into the broader concept of PsA.
