OBJECTIVE: To check the clinical effective of Heal-all oral biofilm on guided bone regeneration in dental implant.

目的：验证海奥口腔修复膜在种植中作为屏障膜引导骨再生的临床效果。

METHODS: A total of 40 New Zealand rabbits were created standard model of 15 mm defect in double radii. Using homebody control method, combined collagen membrane with allogeneic bone and collagen membrane was transplanted to the left and right side to cure bone defect, respectively.

健康成年新西兰大白兔40只，制备双侧15 mm桡骨缺损模型，采用同体对照方法，实验侧缺损区移植胶原膜及同种骨粒，对照侧仅移植胶原膜。

Stress distribution of the natural periodontal membrane, bionic periodontal membrane and the bone interface of the three models are calculated out by SuperSAP93, when the same load exerted to the three models. Results The stress change of the inside and outside surface of the natural periodontal membrane and bionic periodontal membrane is in the same tendency.

应用螺旋CT对上颌中切牙标本进行扫描，分别建立仿生种植牙、天然牙和骨性结合种植体模型，对3个模型施加同样的载荷，应用Super SAP93软件，计算出天然牙周膜和仿生牙周膜以及3种模型骨界面上的应力分布。

Results: Lateral extradural approach could be used to expose the second and third branches of trigeminal nerve,trigeminal ganglion,posterior vertical segment of the intrapetrosal ICA,abducent nerve and horizontal segment of the intrapetrosal ICA;lateral intradural approach could be used to expose the lateral,anteroinferior and posterosuperior venous spaces,almost all the cranial nerves within the cavernous sinus and horizontal segments of the intracavernous ICA;superior approach could be used to expose the medial,lateral and posterosuperior venous spaces,medial side of the anterior genu,anterior vertical and clinoidal segments of the intracavernous ICA and the lateral side of the hypophysis.

结果：外侧硬膜外入路可用于显露三叉神经第2、3支，三叉神经节，海绵窦内颈内动脉后垂直段，外展神经及岩骨颈内动脉水平段；侧方硬膜下入路可用于显露海绵窦外侧及前下，后上静脉间隙，以及所有走行在海绵窦内的颅神经和海绵窦内颈内动脉水平段；上方入路可用于显露海绵窦内侧、外侧及后上间隙，海绵窦内ICA水平段、前膝、前垂直段及床突段的内侧面，以及垂体的外侧面。

The myocutaneous flap of neck, bi-pedicle bandshapped muscle fascia flap, epiglottic flap, epiglottic flap plus bipedicle bandshapped muscle fascia flap and hyoid bone osteomuscular flap were used to reconstruct after partial laryngectomy respectively.

结果：切除卵巢的小鼠，血中雌二醇水平明显下降，而血清骨钙素和肿瘤坏死因子的含量则显著增加；同时，滑膜组织炎症加重，软骨损伤及骨的破坏均更为严重。
