Further research has indicated that, the key reason of epithelia of proximal convoluted tubules damaged during perfusion is the tissue edema of the interspace in membrane basilaris, lateral processes and cells, which cause the quality of plasma membrane infoldings to reduce notably, and then result in surface area reduced and tension raising of pericellular membrane.

作者指出，组织水肿会引起基底膜附近质膜内褶结构显著减少，导致细胞膜表面积减小和细胞膜张力提高，引起近曲小管上皮细胞膜局部破裂，这些因素都是导致灌流过程中肾脏功能变化发生转折，出现较严重损伤的主要因素，这是本文研究的重要发现。

BACKGROUND: Guided tissues regeneration has been successfully used in the treatment of periodontal diseases by using biocompatible membrane to prevent tooth epithelial cell growing towards root and to facilitate the formation of a certain gap which is favorable for periodontal membrane cells to occupy the surface of the root, thereby to rebuild the peridental structure.

The main three parts of the present study are: the preformulation study involving screening the proper enhancers for transdermal aborption of α-asarone;Formulation study and developing a drug-in-adhesive transdermal patch of α-asarone using Eudragit E100 as pressure sensive adhesives;The α-asarone reservoir patch was prepared using 1 %HPMC of ethanol solution as medium and EVA membrane for controling the release of drug, and do the research its bioavailability.

MM肾损害主要以小管-间质病变为主，病理表现为肾小管上皮细胞扁平，存在不同程度变性、坏死或萎缩，胞浆与基膜分离，胞浆内可见蛋白滴，甚至小管基膜断裂，间质炎性细胞浸润、纤维化，部分有淀粉样物质沉积，较少见浆细胞浸润。

Results In Norplant users,endometrial glands decreased in numbers and asynchromized in appearance. The LN expression on basal lamina of glandular epithelium and vascular endothelium was lower in those with irregular bleeding as compared with regular bleeders (P＜0.05). Conclusion The decline of LN expression may related to irregular bleeding in Norplant users.

结果 使用Norplant妇女的子宫内膜，(1)均无典型的周期特点，腺体明显减少，有腺体发育不同步现象；(2)有不规则出血者腺上皮基膜和血管内皮基膜LN含量低于月经规律者，尤以埋植半年和1年时明显(P＜0.05)。
