Results AQP1 is expressed at the apical and basolateral membrane of the microvascular endothelium; AQP3 was detected at basal cells of both the bronchiole epithelium and submucosal gland acinus; AQP4 is present in the basolateral membrane of columnar cells in bronchiole; while AQP5 is expressed in the apical membrane of type Ⅰ pneumocytes, and also at the apical of columnar cells of superficial epithelium and submucosal gland acinar cells.

结果本研究发现AQPs基因在羊肺中的表达分布与人相似，AQP1在肺内的毛细血管内皮细胞表达；AQP3在小支气管黏膜上皮的基底细胞的基侧膜表达，AQP4存在于小支气管黏膜上皮的柱状纤毛细胞的基侧膜；AQP5存在于Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞的顶质膜，存在于小支气管黏膜上皮柱状纤毛细胞，以及在气道黏膜下腺的腺细胞的顶质膜表达。

A portion of ductal cells and individual serous acinic cells of the minor salivary gland also expressed Fas not only in membranous but also in cytoplasmic pattern.

结果发现，在正常鼻咽粘膜表面及隐窝的假复层纤毛柱状上皮细胞胞膜、部分小涎腺的导管上皮和个别浆液性腺泡上皮细胞的胞膜和胞浆Fas阳性表达；鳞状化生上皮的表层细胞胞膜有Fas表达，但基底细胞未见Fas表达；浸润的淋巴细胞也不表达Fas.45.9%（17/37）的鼻咽非角化性癌Fas阳性，但只有不足10%的癌细胞胞膜微弱表达Fas。

CuS and CdS nano-particulate films were obtained with these two methods, and some interesting phenomena were observed: under the Gibbs film formed by CTAB, CuS nano-rods were obtained at the oil/water interface, and disklike aggregates of CdS nano-crystals were obtained at both the air/water and oil/water interfaces; under the Langmuir film formed by NaAOT at air/water interface, disk-like aggregates of CdS were also obtained.

利用此两种反应技术，制备了CuS和CdS颗粒膜，并研究了它们的一些光电性质；在Gibbs膜下，得到了棒状CuS纳米晶。由发现的表面活性剂形成的带状物，提出棒状CuS晶体是以带状聚集体为模板形成的；在液-液、气-液界面Gibbs膜下反应中，发现CdS纳米颗粒的盘状聚集体的形成，这是由于表面活性剂在界面上形成的二维胶束而造成的；在气-液界面上Langmuir下的反应中，也发现CdS盘状晶体的生成。

The trivalent chromium passivation film based on zincate plating obtained has compact structure with no obvious crack, and excellent anticorrosion performance. Different compositions are detected from the surface to inner film, the surface mainly contains Cr2O3-Cr3-ZnO compound, the inner (1030 nm to surface) composes of Cr2O3-ZnO-Zn.The forming process of passivation film possibly consists of four steps which are zinc dissolution, basic area appearance, gelatiniform film forming and converting to passivation film.

结果表明：锌酸盐镀锌层的三价铬钝化膜表面结构致密、无明显裂纹，具有较好的耐腐蚀性能；这种钝化膜表层与里层的组成不同，表层的组成为Cr2O3-Cr3-ZnO共混物；里层(离表层10~30 nm处)的主要组成为Cr2O3-ZnO-Zn共混物；钝化膜的成膜过程可能包括镀锌层的溶解、碱性薄层的形成、胶状膜的形成和胶状膜转化成钝化膜4个步骤。

Methods 46 clinical cases were the patients in our hospital who had cranial trauma to have operation. The lesions were located on frontal, temporal and junctional areas. The coronal incision, enlarged pterion and standard large cranial flap approach were adopted to decompress by removing cranial flap, hematoma or cerebral tissues. The dura mater was mended by the deep temporal fascia with pedicle and subgaleal tissues.

我院收治的颅脑损伤手术患者46例，病灶主要位于额颞部或交界处，采用冠状切口、扩大翼点入路或标准大骨瓣减压入路，进行去骨瓣减压、血肿清除或内减压手术，硬脑膜用带蒂颞深筋膜与帽状腱膜下组织进行修补。

The results showed that there were serious pyrochlore inclusions in the PZNT film obtained from the LaAlO3(001)substrate,and the PZNT grain s were grown up spontaneously by isolated insular method in three dimension.

生长结果表明：在LaAlO3(001)基片PZNT晶粒以三维岛状自发生长，薄膜中有大量的焦绿石异相；在MgO(001)和SrTiO3(001)衬底上，为三维岛状异质外延生长，薄膜中焦绿石异相几乎消失；引入[001]取向的PZT种膜后，岛状三维生长变为二维生长，显著改善了外延膜的质量，获得了完整的PZNT膜。
