We coupled the IgG of monoclonal antibody N34 specific to UK and the Fab of monoclonal antibody SZ-51 specific to the membrane protein GMP-140 of activated platelet. The bispecific antibody (N34 SZ-51) is able to bind UK and plasma-clot simutaneously. It enhanced plasma clot lysis 5 fold by HUK whereas it enhanced plasma clot lysis 38 times by LUK. UK in association with the bispecific antibody didn't decrease the concentration of fibrinogen in the assay supernatants.

利用抗体介导使纤溶酶原激活剂定向到血栓表面，可大大提高其纤溶作用，我们用双功能团试剂将抗尿激酶的单克隆抗体N34的IgG和抗活化血小板膜蛋白GMP-l40的单抗SZ-5l的Fab片段通过二硫键共价偶联，合成的双专一性抗体（N34-SZ-51）既具有血栓亲和性也具有尿激酶亲和性，从而增加了尿激酶对血栓的专一性，使高分子量尿激酶溶栓率提高了5倍，使低分子量尿激酶溶栓率提高了38倍之多，且不影响血浆中纤维蛋白原的含量。

Results These two patients were confirmed to suffer from DMD. They were characterized by typical features of DMD including typical clinical manifestations, increased serum enzymes, EMG presenting myogenic impairment, HE staining presentation belonging to DMD, negative dystrophin in brother, and inconstantly positive on the sarcolemma of sister. Furthermore, no deletion or duplication was found in the 1-79 exons of dystrophin gene. The suffering brother and sister carried the same maternal X chromosome.

结果 兄妹二人符合DMD诊断，具有典型的DMD临床表现，肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶、羟丁酸脱氢酶和谷草转氨酶的水平均显著高于正常值，肌电图呈肌源性损害，肌肉HE染色符合DMD，男患者的抗肌萎缩蛋白表达阴性，女患者的少量肌纤维仍可见不连续膜阳性，两患者抗肌萎缩蛋白基因的1~79号外显子未见缺失和重复突变，女患者与男患者携带相同的母源性X染色体。

In this research, many indices of drought resistance during germination stage and seedling stage were chosed to evaluate comprehensively the drought resistance of 20 Dactylis glomerata L. germplasm from abroad.

以国外引进的20份野生鸭茅种质资源为研究材料，通过萌芽期PEG模拟干旱试验、幼苗期温室盆栽试验，系统测定了干旱胁迫下鸭茅种质萌芽期种子萌发抗旱指数、胚根、胚芽，幼苗期幼苗株高、根冠比、叶片水分饱和亏缺、质膜透性、脯氨酸含量等形态和生理指标，全面分析了这些指标的变化规律，对所引进的20份鸭茅种质的抗旱性进行了综合评价。

Results:(1) CBC possesses a natural trabecular structure. Its components is similar to the mineral of bone.(2) CBC has great cellur biocompatibility. It can promote cell adhesion, proliferation and secretory while needn t modification.(3) In nude mice, the ectopic osteogenesis of MCCAB was obvious which was better than that of CBC alone and the new bone formation increased in pace with time. In the MCCAB, both intramembranous and cartilaginous osteogeneses were seen but the former dominated.(4) When MCCAB was autotransplanted intramuscularly, the osteogenesis was much better than that of negative control groups.(5) The MCCAB can repair autogenous calvaria defects effectively and the effect was much better than that of CBM alone and blank group. Conclusion:(1) CBC possesses good biocompatibility, osteoconduction and porous structure, can be used as scaffold material for constructing of tissue engineering bone.

结果：(1)CBC具有天然的多孔网状结构，最大程度地保持了骨矿的微结构特征，可以作为骨组织工程的支架材料；(2)CBC细胞亲和性好，不需作修饰即能促进成骨细胞的粘附、增殖和分泌活动；(3)MSO/CBC复合人工骨在裸鼠皮下异位成骨作用明显，兼有膜内成骨和软骨内成骨的特点，成骨效果明显优于单纯CBC植入组；(4)MSO/CBC复合人工骨兔自体肌袋异位成骨作用明显，血管化充分，成骨效果明显优于单纯CBC植入组；(5)MSO/CBC复合人工骨修复兔颅骨临界性缺损效果好，明显优于单纯植入CBC组和空白对第四旱区大学硕士学位论文一照组，可以作为骨移植替代材料用于骨缺损畸形修复。

Objective:to primarily find out the effect about luteolin rivalizing ototoxicity of gentamicin.methods: in this experimental study,gentamicin group was compared to the group of gentamicin with different dose of luteolin (10 mg,20 mg).the changes in hearing and vestibule function were discovered by measuring the threshold of abr and the frequency of eng.the method of cochlear preparation stained with sdh was used to observe morphological changes in cochleas.results: the auditory examination results showed that the thresholds of the group of gentamicin with different dose of luteolin were higher than the one of the gentamicin group,and the difference was significant in statistics.the morphology analysis result was consistent with auditory examination.

目的：初步了解木樨草素对庆大霉素耳毒性的影响。方法：设庆大霉素组与庆大霉素加不同剂量木樨草素（10 mg、20 mg）两组，并进行组间比较，观察听性脑干反应阈值、眼震电图的频率，了解其听功能及前庭功能的变化。结合耳蜗基底膜铺片琥珀酸脱氢酶染色方法观察耳蜗形态学变化。结果：听功能检查结果显示，庆大霉素加不同剂量木樨草素组的abr阈值明显低于庆大霉素组，经统计学处理，差异有显著性。形态学检查结果与听功能检查结果一致。
