Results By using optical microscope,the neurocytes of hippocampus in experimental group were observed to denaturalize,tumefy,destroy and disappear.And under electron microscope,the karyon was irregular,nucleoles deviated,chondriosome tumefied,crista collapsed,membrane was damaged,substance cavitated.Such changes were more evident with the increased paroxysm of epilepsy,the parameters between control group and operation group had no difference（P＞0.01）.But make a monofactorial variance analysis among cells' number,area,circumference and integral optical density in different groups,it showed that there were significant differences between optional two groups（P.01;at the same time,the more serious injury in hippocampus,the more powerful GFAP immunoreaction was.

结果： 实验组海马区光镜下可见神经细胞变性、肿胀、坏死及神经细胞脱失改变，电镜可见细胞核形态不规则、有切迹、核仁偏位、线粒体肿大、嵴断裂、膜破损和基质空化等改变，随癫痫发作次数增加上述改变越明显，对照组与手术对照组比较，各参数差异无显著性（P＞0.05），将不同组别大鼠细胞数、面积、周长、积分光密度分别作单因素方差分析，不同组别间均差异有显著性（P.01），同时观察到海马区GFAP免疫反应阳性的胶质细胞随海马损伤的加重而GFAP免疫反应增强。

objective to discuss perioperative complication and management of patient with high risk copd following esophagectomy.methods 45 patients with high risk copd underwent esophagectomy with epidural block combined with general anesthesia.perioperative treatment included smoking cessation,chest physiotherapy,prevention and control of infection of air way and appropriate bronchodilators of air way,breathing exercises,nutrition support and oxygen therapy.painkiller was instilled after surgery,early exercises,ensuring unobstruction of the air way,mechanical ventilation was applied when needed.results 3 had hypoxaemia in operation.after surgery,all patients had spo2 somewhat declined.6 had lung infection.6 were removed of bronchial secretion by bronchoscope.2 were supported by ventilator by using intubation.2 underwent tracheotomy.1 had disturbances of acid base balance and treated by using hydrochloric acid muriatic acid.all patients recovered rather smoothly and discharged from hospital.conclusion high risk copd is not the absolute contraindication of esophagectomy.active management before and after surgery ensures the safety and recovery of patients.

目的 探讨重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病简称慢阻肺病人食管切除术围手术期常见并发症及其处理。方法 45例重度慢阻肺的病人在全麻联合硬膜外阻滞下进行开胸食管切除手术，围手术期处理包括术前戒烟、胸部理疗、预防和控制呼吸道感染、解痉化痰、呼吸功能锻炼、营养支持和氧疗；术后硬膜外镇痛、早期锻炼、保持呼吸道通畅，部分病人予以呼吸支持。结果术中3例出现低氧血症。术后所有病人pao2均有不同程度的下降，6例出现肺部感染，6例行纤维支气管镜吸痰，2例通过气管插管给予呼吸机支持，2例行气管切开术，1例酸碱平衡紊乱使用盐酸精氨酸治疗。所有病人均痊愈出院。结论重度慢阻肺病人并非开胸食管切除手术的绝对禁忌证，积极的术前准备和严格的术后管理可减少和控制术后急性发作，有助于确保此类病人的围手术期安全和康复。

Objective To study the efficacies of quadruple regimens for thetreatment of peptic ulcer disease and eradication of Helicobacter pylori.Methods 102patients with Hp associated peptic ulcer were randomly divided into three groups,groupA（n=98）received sanjiuweitai-based quadruple regimen（Yangweishul.2g,bid+ranitidine150mg,bid+amoxicillin500mg,bid+metronidazole400mg,bid）;group B（n=31）received colloidal bisˉmuth subcitrate110mg,bid+ranitidine150mg,bid+amoxicillin500mg,bid+metronidazole400mg,bid;groupC（n=23）received ranitidine150mg,bid+amoxicillin500mg,bid+metronidazole400mg,bid.Antibiotics were griven for two weeks,the other drugs were given for six weeks,the efficacies were determined by gastroendoscopy or 13 C—UBT.

目的 探讨四联疗法对消化性溃疡的治疗作用及根除幽门螺杆菌的效果方法将102例胃镜证实消化性溃疡者随机分为3组，A组48例给予养胃舒1.2g+雷尼替丁150mg+阿膜西林500mg+甲硝唑400mg，bid；B组31例给予铋剂220mg+雷尼替丁150mg+阿莫西林500mg+甲硝唑400mg，bid；对照组（C组，23例）给予雷尼替丁150mg+阿莫西林500mg+甲硝唑400mg，bid；以上药物除抗菌药物只服用2周外，其余药物服至6周末疗程结束，第7周复查胃镜和 13 C呼气试验。

Results The isolating function of nonabsorbent gauze was twice as much as that of absorbent gauze; 15sheet absorbent gauze was enough to protect burnwound and provent the oozing of humor from passing through dressing; the permeability of artificial biological dressing was 3.8 times as much as that of superficial skin graft; on wound, the stickiness of artificial biological dressing was 0.5 times as much as that of absorbent gauze.

结果 在抵抗外界污染方面，非脱脂纱布的抵抗力是脱脂纱布的2倍；在隔离保护烧伤创面方面，15层脱脂纱布已能有效保护创面从而防止渗液外漏；人造皮膜的通透性是刃厚皮片的3.8倍；人造皮膜与创面的黏附力是脱脂纱布的1/2。

（1） In common cavity malformation, in addition to the abnormal bony labyrinth such as the cochlea, vestibule and lateral semicircular canal, the inner ear perceptive organ such as the saccule, utricle and scala media were also abnormal.（2） Though we could not identify the basal membrane and sensory epithelia under micro-endoscopy, the utricle and saccule could be clearly identified.（3） During cochlear implantation in common cavity malformation, electrode insertion should be monitored under micro-endoscopy, the electrodes should be put close to the anterior wall of the cavity, otherwise the vestibular organ may be damaged.
