优化了葡萄糖和蔗糖酶膜制作的工艺条件，结果表明，在以下条件：3层破碎液次数450次的破碎液，浓度配比为0.0036g葡萄糖氧化酶和0.5ml半乳糖苷酶用1.5ml蒸馏水溶解的混合酶液，固定混合酶的戊二醛浓度为2%，时间为1小时，酶的固定效果最为理想。
