The method for preparing different kinds of LB film, the present situation of LB film lubrication in magnetic record technique, the factors affecting the quality of LB film were summarized, and the effects of velocity, load and layer number of LB film on their tribological behavior were also discussed.

本文回顾了Langmuir-Blodgett膜的发展简史，综述了各种类型LB膜的制备方法和利用其解决磁记录技术中超薄润滑问题的现状等，并且阐述了影响LB膜成膜质量的因素，论述了速度、负荷和LB膜之累积层数等对LB膜摩擦行为的影响。

结果：在绒毛组织中，IL-8蛋白定位于绒毛上皮细胞的细胞质内，且病例组的表达明显高于对照组；在蜕膜组织中；病例组蜕膜细胞的胞质内可见IL-8蛋白表达，且高于对照组；H-E染色可见病例组绒毛组织的滋养层变薄，细胞变性甚至坏死、嗜酸性增强，绒毛中轴纤维化程度增强；蜕膜组织中蜕膜细胞失去细胞间连接，部分蜕膜细胞解体、核消失。

沉积复合OTFC试样的氧化层形貌有如下特征：(1)氧化层绝大部分致密、完整、与基体附着良好，晶粒细小（图7a，7b）；(2)在短时间(15s)沉积2O3 OTFC试样的局部表面出现了不均匀氧化（图7c，7d），但只是在沉积Cr/Y=4/1膜试样的局部表面产生了类似无涂层Fe25Cr上剥落的厚膜（图7d）；(3)沉积2O3(Cr/Y=2/1) 60s（图7e）与15s（图7c）的结果不同，前者整个试样表面氧化产物颗粒细小，无粗大氧化物颗粒形成；(4)沉积2O3(Cr/Y=2/1) 60s和2O3(Al/Y=3.6/1)薄膜的试样由于氧化增重非常少，氧化层很薄，刻印着涂层中局部出现的裂纹（图7e，7f），这种印迹的保留可能反映着传质机制的改变，即新氧化物由在外表面形成转变为在外表面以下形成。
