结果：1例发病年龄19岁的右精囊中分化腺癌病人，先后经过肿瘤局部切除术加放疗和前列腺精囊切除术，两次治疗后肿瘤均局部复发，最后又行膀胱全切，indiana膀胱术后治愈，病人从最后一次手术至今已接受随访10年以上，至今无复发仍存活。
