膀胱疝

Methods: One hundred and fourteen operations were performed for BPH patients, including transurethral resection/vapor of the prostate, inguinal herniorrhaphy, internal urethrotomy, transurethral resection of bladder tumor or vesical litholapaxy, and the data were reviewed.

对114例合并有腹股沟疝、尿道狭窄、膀胱肿瘤或膀胱结石的BPH患者在行经尿道前列腺电切／汽化术时，同期行腹股沟疝修补术、尿道内切开术、经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术或膀胱取石术。

Results The indications for surgery were urinary retention with a large prostate in 78 patients (66.7%),cystolithiasis in 25(21.4%),prostatic bleeding in 9(7.7%), hernia in 7(6.0%) and bladder diverticulum in 5(4.3%).

结果 开放手术的指征中，大体积前列腺引起尿潴留和严重排尿困难者78例，合并膀胱结石25例，前列腺出血9例，腹股沟疝7例，膀胱憩室5例。

Methods 28 cases with BPH and inguinal hernia, 10 cases underwent suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy and preperitoneal inguinal herniorrhaphy through hypogastric median incision and 18cases underwent Filling prosthesis of no -tension hernia through oblique hernia incision and TURP.

其中10例下腹正中切口，盆腔内腹膜前疝修补术及耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术；18例腹股沟斜疝切口，无张力疝修补术及经尿道前列腺切除术。
