METHODS: BDNF and TrkB expression were examined in 30 cases of SACC, 10 normal parotid glands and 10 acinic cell carcinoma tissue samples by immunohistochemical staining.

以30例SACC标本为研究对象，以5例正常腮腺及3例腺泡细胞癌作为对照，采用免疫组化法对BDNF和TrkB进行检测。

Methods: thirty two salivary acc tissue samples were divided according to the presence of perineural invasion or pain and 5 normal parotid glands and 3 acinic cell carcinoma tissue samples were taken as control. ngf was examined by immunohistochemistry analysis.

以32例acc标本为研究对象，患者按照有无嗜神经侵袭及疼痛症状进行分组；以5例正常腮腺及3例腺泡细胞癌作为对照，采用免疫组化法对ngf进行检测。

The expressions of E-cadherin and α-catenin in specimens of 54 breast carcinomas and 21 normal breast tissues around tumor were measured by immunohistochemical method. Results In normal breast tissues, E-cadherin and α-catenin were expressed on cell membrance of ductal and acinic cells. No abnormal expressions were found in normal breast tissues. The abnormal expression rates of E-cadherin and α-catenin in breast cancer were 51.9% and 63.0% respectively.

结果 21例癌旁正常组织中，上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连接素均主要定位于腺泡或导管上皮细胞膜上，显示了细胞－细胞间交界和细胞轮廓，二者均表达正常；54例乳腺癌组织中上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连接素的异常表达率分别为51.9%和63.0%。
