In order to study the effect of vascular damage in vivo during PDT, the chicken chorioallantoic membrane tumor model by using stable high GFP-expressing human adenoid cystic carcinoma cell strain is built for the experiment.

Methods:Thyroidectomy,total or subtotal lobectomy of thyroid had been performed at 716 patients with thyrotoxicosis, thyroid adenoma, nodule thyrocele and papillary thyroid cancer by UAS in place of the conventional method such as deligation suture and hematischesis through thecervical minimal incision.Results:Mean operating time with the UAS was 72(42～134) minutes.

使用超声刀代替传统方法（结扎和缝合作为主要切割、止血的方法）对716例毒性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿以及分化型甲状腺癌等多种甲状腺疾病，通过颈部小切口进行部分甲状腺切除术或腺叶全切术或根治性切除手术。

What was observed under a light microscope included: tumor cells were mulberry and micropapillaryshaped or it was of glandule tubular arrangement; there was obvious interspace between cancer nest and neighboring areas; micropapillary was empty of fiber blood vessel axes; immunohistochemical staining showed EMA positive location was both at outward surface of glandule duct and at micropapillarylike cancer nest.

光镜下特征性表现为肿瘤细胞呈桑椹状、微乳头状或小腺管样排列，癌巢与周围间质形成明显的空隙。微乳头缺乏纤维血管轴心。免疫组化染色EMA阳性部位在癌细胞巢团或微乳头状、腺管的外表面。

All 31 YSTs (5 pediatric and 26 postpubertal) showed strong positive SALL4 staining in more than 90% tumor cells but had negative OCT4 staining. Both spermatocytic seminomas showed positive SALL4 staining in 80% to 95% tumor cells in all 3 types of tumor cells with weak-to-moderate staining intensity.

目的 筛选与涎腺腺样囊性癌转移相关的候选基因，并对其进行初步验证。

Results : Thirty－ two lingual thyroids included asymptomatic 11 and symptomatic 21, and completely ectopic 16, incompletely ectopic 16 cases. There were 16 cases treated with thyroid hormone,and this method failed only in one case. Eight cases underwent surgical excision and postoperative pathologic examination showed 2 cases of nodular goiter, 2 cases of thyroid adenoma, 1 case of follicular carcinoma and 3 cases of normal thyroid tissue.

结果：32例舌根甲状腺无症状者11例，有症状性者21例，完全性异位16例，部分性异位16例，16例给予甲状腺素治疗仅1例无效，8例行手术切除术后病理显示2例腺瘤性甲状腺肿、2例甲状腺腺瘤、1例甲状腺滤泡癌和3例正常甲状腺组织。
