Abstract］ objective to study the pathological features and histopathological type and differential diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia.methods the clinicopathological characteristics of 40 cases of fnh were studied.all were evaluted by use of paraffin embedded sections and he staining before light microcope observation.results there were 28 females and 12 males fnh patients whose age were from 16 to 62 years（median 41.3）,all alpha-fetoprotein was negative and had no hepatitis history.25 cases were classic type showed characteristic central stellate fibrotic scar,composed of fibrous connestive tissue and tortuous blood vessels.8 cases were telangiectic type,the left were mixed type and adenomatoid type.conclusion fnh is a reactive proliferation of hepatic cells to local blood vessel anomalies,it is not realy a tumor.its differential diagnosis includes hepatic adenomatous hyperplasia nodule,hepatic anaplasia nodular hyperplasia,fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatocellular adenoma.

目的 探讨肝局灶性结节性增生的病理形态特点、组织分型及鉴别诊断。方法分析40例肝局灶性结节性增生的临床资料，并采用石蜡包埋he染色光镜下观察其组织学特点。结果 40例肝局灶性结节性增生患者中，女28例，男12例，年龄18~62岁，平均年龄41.3岁，所有病例术前均无肝炎病史，甲胎蛋白阴性，组织学上25例为经典型，有特征性的中央纤维瘢痕，由纤维结缔组织及扭曲血管组成。8例为毛细血管扩张型，其余为混合型及腺瘤样增生型。结论肝结节性增生是一种肝细胞对局部血管的异常反应性增生，并非真性肿瘤，主要与肝腺瘤样增生性结节、肝间变性结节状增生、肝纤维板层癌及肝细胞腺瘤鉴别。

涎腺腺样囊性癌是较为常见的涎腺恶性肿瘤之一，具有浸润性强，与周围组织界限不清，术后易复发；易侵入血管，沿血循环发生远处转移等特点。

Methods The expression of COX-2 and Survivin of 30 cases of SACC and 20 cases of normal salivary gland was examined with immunohistochemical technique.

采用免疫组织化学检测30例涎腺腺样囊性癌及20例正常涎腺组织中COX-2与Survivin蛋白的表达情况。

The cells at the edge of the basaloid islands tended to show palisading arrangement. Squamous epithelium on the surface of tumor often accompanied with carcinoma in situ or superficial invasive squamous cell carcinoma. Occasionally cancer nets were connected with basement layer of squamous epithelium laying in the surface, and rare squamous cells or glandlike structures were seen in the cancer nests.

但BSC癌细胞分化较低异型性较强，癌巢周围细胞呈栅栏状排列，肿瘤表面鳞状上皮常伴发原位癌或浅表浸润性鳞状细胞癌；偶见癌巢与表面鳞状上皮基底层相连、或偶见癌巢内形成鳞状细胞，或腺管样结构，这些与ACC不同。

Methods: the expression of s100a4 protein was detected in 130 cases of thyroid tissue by immunohistochemistry. there were 55 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 30 cases of matched samples of adjacent normal thyroid tissue, 15 cases of follicular thyroid carcinoma, 10 case of medullar thyroid carcinoma, 50 cases of benign thyroid neoplasm(25 cases of simple benign multimodal goiters and 25 cases of follicular adenoma), 5 cases of normal thyroid tissue.

用免疫组化检测130份甲状腺石蜡标本的s100a4蛋白表达情况，其中甲状腺癌80份(乳头状癌55例、滤泡癌15例、髓样癌10例)；甲状腺良性肿瘤50份(结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺滤泡型腺瘤各25例)；癌旁甲状腺组织30例；正常甲状腺组织5例。

Methods The expression of EMMPRIN and MVD were examined in 28 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, 25 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma, 33 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma as well as 9 cases of normal salivary glands as comparison control by immunochemistry SP method.

用SP免疫组织化学法检测9例正常涎腺组织，28例多形性腺瘤，25例黏液表皮样癌，33例腺样囊性癌中EMMPRIN的表达和MVD值。

Results Among the 135 cases,128 cases were breast invasive ductile carcinoma,3cases were sifter-like carcinoma,1case was medullary carcinoma,2cases were carcinoma in the suit and 1case was fibroma with sarcomatous change.

结果 135例乳腺癌中，乳腺浸润性导管癌128例，筛状癌3例，髓样癌1例，小叶癌原位癌2例和纤维腺瘤伴肉瘤变1例。

Of all these patients, the eyelid in 10 cases, parotid in 2cases, external auditory meatus in 5 cases, maxillofacial in 7 cases, neck portion in 4 cases, neck lymph node metastasis in 3 cases. They were treated with surgical operation, radical therapy and chemistry therapy.

结果 皮脂腺癌确诊需要免疫组化检测，而罕见的腮腺皮脂腺癌还需和透明细胞癌、黏液表皮样癌和腺泡细胞癌鉴别，全组病例5年以上随访，5年生存率可达71.4%（20/28），5年内原发灶复发10例，其中，3例伴有区域淋巴结转移而再次手术，4例失访；2例死于远处转移；2例死于其他疾病。
