Objective To study relation of the expression of laminin to the degree of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary gland.

目的 研究层粘连蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达特征及其与腺样囊性癌组织分化程度的关系。

objective:to assess its clinical significance in patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma at head and neck for radiation therapy.

目的：评价头颈部腺样囊性癌放射治疗的意义。方法：回顾性分析1971年4月～1996年4月收治的30例头颈部腺样囊性癌的临床资料，生存情况并与文献比较。

Results Diagnosis of sebaceous carcinoma demanded immunohistochemistry, and rare parotid sebaceous carcinoma was still distinguished with clear cell carcinoma, grume epidermis carcinoma and acinic cell carcinoma in pathology. By Follow-up of the all patients over 5 years, survival rate for 5 years was 71.4%(20/28), primary focus recurrence in 10 cases, in which, neck lymph node metastasis was discovered in 3 cases, and one was performed operation once again. Four cases lost communication; 2cases died of distant metastasis; 2cases died of other diseases.

结果 皮脂腺癌确诊需要免疫组化检测，而罕见的腮腺皮脂腺癌还需和透明细胞癌、黏液表皮样癌和腺泡细胞癌鉴别，全组病例5年以上随访，5年生存率可达71.4%（20/28），5年内原发灶复发10例，其中，3例伴有区域淋巴结转移而再次手术，4例失访；2例死于远处转移；2例死于其他疾病。

Histological type: of the 25 cases, 14 were endometrioid carcinomas, 2 were clear cell carcinomas, 2 were adenoacanthoma, 1 was serous papillary adenocarcinomas, 6 were mixed epithelium tumor of ovary.

病理类型为子宫内膜样癌14例，透明细胞癌 2例，腺棘癌 2例，浆液性腺癌 1例，混合性卵巢上皮性癌 6例，镜下均可见良性的异位子宫内膜向恶性移行的证据。

There were 2 lobular carcinomas in situ, 2 gradually pipe carcinomas, 3 heavy degree atypical mazoplasias, 38 fibroadenomas, 36 mazoplasias, 9 cases of adenosis of mammary gland, 3 cystic hyperplasias, 1 skin purple.

结果：病理诊断原位癌2例，浸润性导管癌2例，重度不典型增生3例，纤维腺瘤38例，乳腺增生症36例，乳腺腺病9例，乳腺囊肿3例，1例皮下青紫。

Morphologic diagnoses infiltrating ductal carcinoma with microglandular adenosis pattern or arising from microglandular adenosis.

形态学诊断：呈微腺腺病结构的浸润性导管癌，或发生于微腺腺病的浸润性导管癌。

Results The tissue of 3 cases of ACC in the esophagus was mainly composed of square shape gland epithelial cell and variant myoepithelial cell, mesh shape cavity crack and the tubular, the entity shape arrangement, the cavity crack content basophilia and acidophilia the secretion. There was transmigration of superficial epidermis in 1 case of ACC; All 3 cases were positive of CK, H-CK, P63, S-100 (endochylema /nucleus), EMA, and Bcl-2. Case 3 was positive of CerbB-2 and P53. Case 2 was CD117, AAT, SMA, PAS/AB.

结果 3例食管腺样囊性癌的癌组织主要由立方形腺上皮细胞和变异的肌上皮细胞组成，呈筛孔状腔隙、管状、实体状排列，腔隙内含嗜碱性和嗜伊红分泌物；3例食管腺样囊性癌中例1表面上皮有移行；免疫组化：3例CK、H-CK、P63、S-100、EMA、Bcl-2均，例3 CerBb-2，P53，例2 CD117，AAT、SMA，PAS/AB。

Compared with control,①the mean tumor weight of H22 of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly(P.01,P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 30%;②the mean tumor weight of S180 of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly(P.01),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 32%;③the mean tumor weight of EAC of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly ( P.01, P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20 g/kg dose groups were above 38%;④the mean tumor weight of Lewis carcinoma of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly(P.01, P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10、5 g/kg dose groups were above 36%;⑤the mean tumor weight of W256 of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly ( P.01, P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 32%;⑵Compared with control,SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups had extended the survial time of the P388-bearing mice respectively(P.01),and the mean prolong rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 50%;⑶Compared with S180-bearing group, SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups could increase the weight of thymus and spleen, Spleen index and thymus index were increased, SXKA Granules 5 g/kg dose group could increase thymus index(P.05);⑷As Compared with control group, SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups could improve mouse serum half hemolysis value depressed by transplanted tumor dramatically(P.01), which revealed the SXKA granules could improve the mouse humoral immunity system;⑸SXKA Granules 20 g/kg dose group could increase of englobe indexαon S180-bearing mice remarkably(P.01), which indicated the SXKA Granules could improve their cellular immunity system.

对荷W256大鼠，生兴克癌冲剂20、10、5 g / kg三组的平均瘤重明显低于对照组(P.01，P.05)，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g / kg组的平均肿瘤抑制率均大于32 %；⑵与空白对照组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g/ kg能显著地延长移植小鼠白血病P388小鼠的存活天数(P.01)，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g/ kg对荷白血病P388小鼠生命延长率均在50%以上；⑶与S180荷瘤组相比，生兴克癌冲剂对荷瘤鼠的免疫器官重量、胸腺指数和脾指数有一定的提高趋势，其中生兴克癌冲剂5 g / kg组对荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数有一定的提高作用(P.05)；⑷与S180荷瘤组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g /kg组可提高由荷瘤引起的小鼠血清半数溶血素值的降低(P.01)，表明其可提高荷瘤小鼠体液免疫功能；⑸与对照组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20 g /kg组可提高荷S180肉瘤小鼠的免疫吞噬系数α值(P.01)，表明其可提高荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能。

Unilateral thyroidectomy and/or plus isthmusectomy was performed in7patients,subtotal thyroidectomy in3patients,total thyroidectomy in1patients,subtotal thyroidectomy plus pre-and paratracheal and the lateral lymph node dissection in26patients in WDTC,metastasis of cervical lymph nodes were found in15（40.5%）patients.

结果 分化性甲状腺微灶癌（乳头状癌33例，滤泡状癌1例）健康体检发现率52.1%（18/34），术确诊4例，术前疑癌17例，术中快速冰冻病检确诊24例，术后确诊6例，行单侧腺叶或单侧腺叶+峡部切除14例，甲状腺次全切除11例，甲状腺全切1例，合并中央区或颈部淋巴结清扫8例。
