Methods Tissue arrayer was used to create a 252-dot tissue microarray, consisting of 84 cases of malignant lymphomas arising in esophagus, stomach, intestines, thyroid, saliva gland , orbital cavity and lung, Seven cases of diffuse large B cell lymphomas,9 adenocarcinomas, 1 neuroendocrine tumor,1 squamous carcinoma, 6 T-cell lymphomas and 18 reactive lymphoid nodes were also included as control in the microarray.

建立包含84例MALT型淋巴瘤、7例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤、9例腺癌、1例神经内分泌肿瘤、1例鳞癌、6例T细胞性非何杰金淋巴瘤和18例正常淋巴结共252点阵的组织芯片，应用免疫组织化学检测Ki-67、TopoⅡα、p53、Bcl-2、Bax、C-myc和Bcl-10在MALT型淋巴瘤中的表达情况。

It showed clearly inside and the esophagus lumen;the position,length and diameter of the tumor;encroaching situation of trachea and bronchia;the connection between the tumor and blood vessel.

材料与方法搜集我院2005年10月～2006年7月经手术病理和胃镜病理证实的食管癌94例，鳞癌89例，腺癌5例，其中治疗前60例，手术后13例，放化疗后19例，支架介入2例。

AIM and METHODS : Immunohistochemical technique in combination with a computer assisted TV-image analysis system were used to measure the expression level of c-erbB-2 and bcl-2 proteins in 37 cases of lung squamous carcinoma and 48 cases of lung adenocarcinoma identified pathologically. The expression of c-erbB-2 and bcl-2 genetic proteins in lung carcinoma and some image signs of invasiveness of lung carcinoma were analysed correlatively.

摘 要 目的和方法：利用免疫组化技术LSAB法和计算机图像分析系统的结合，测定经手术病理证实之37例肺鳞癌及48例肺腺癌组织中c- erbB -2及 bcl -2基因蛋白的表达水平，分析其表达或共表达与反映肺癌侵袭力的影像征象的关系。

Methods］ A total RNA from 10 cases withovarian papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma and normal ovarian tissues were extracted by a single step method of gene chip. The cDNA retro?鄄transcribed from equal quantity mRNA derived from 10 cases with ovarian papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma and normal ovarian tissues. The cDNA strand was labeled with fluorescent Cy5 and Cy3(normal ovarian epithelial cells) as probes.

方法］ 采用基因芯片技术，按一步法分别抽提10例卵巢浆液性乳头状囊腺癌患者的癌组织和正常卵巢组织的总RNA并纯化mRNA；逆转录合成以Cy5荧光标记卵巢癌细胞和Cy3荧光标记正常卵巢上皮细胞的cDNA作为探针，在含有8 464点人类体细胞基因模板的表达谱cDNA芯片上进行杂交。
