Results With the expression in normal salivary gland as a standard, low C-erbB-2 mRNA expression was seen in adenolymphoma, basal cell adenoma. However, various degrees of over-expression of C-erbB-2 oncogene mRNA were detected in pleomorphic adenoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma,acinic cell carcinoma ,adenoid cystic carcinoma ,papillary cystic carcinoma,and myoethelial cell carcinoma.

结果 正常涎腺和涎腺肿瘤中发现不同程度C-erbB-2mRNA的表达，以正常涎腺组织的表达水平为基准，在腺淋巴瘤、基底细胞腺瘤呈现低表达、无表达或与正常涎腺组织表达水平相似，多形性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌、腺泡细胞癌、腺样囊性癌、乳头状囊腺癌和肌上皮癌则呈现不同程度的过表达。

Results The tumors were divided into three types according to the CT findings. Type I: regular, homogeneous density and well-defined,there were 30 patients, included benign mixed tumor(n=29) and adenolymphomas(n=1); Type II:irregular, heterogeneous dentsity, poordefined, there were 15 patients, included benign mixed tumor(n=7), malignant mixed tumor (n=2),adenolymphomas(n=3), hemagioma(n=2),mucoepidermoid carcinoma(n=1). Type III: irregular and could not definded, there were 7 patients, included malignant mixed tumor(n=2), mucoepidermoid carcinoma(n=2), adenoid cystic carcinoma(n=1), malignant lymphoma(n=1), acinic cell carcinoma(n=1). Conclusion CT have important values in location and qualitative analyses of parotid gland.

结果 肿瘤按CT表现分三类：52例患者中，I类30例，形态规则呈类圆形，密度均匀，边缘清楚，除1例腺淋巴瘤外，29例均为良性混合瘤；II类15例，形态不规则，呈分叶状，密度欠均，边界较清或模糊，其中7例良性混合瘤，2例恶性混合瘤，3例腺淋巴瘤，2例血管瘤，1例黏液表皮样癌；III类7例，形态不规则，边缘无法确定，其中恶性混合瘤2例，黏液表皮样癌2例，囊腺癌1例，恶性淋巴瘤1例，腺泡细胞癌1例。

We analyzed 120 ampullary adenomas (31 pure adenomas and 89 carcinoma-associated adenomas) and 170 pure adenocarcinomas for MSI, immunohistochemical expression of MMR proteins and specific histopathologic features.

我们分析了120例壶腹部腺癌（31例纯腺癌、89例腺瘤伴癌变）和170例纯腺癌的MSI情况、MMR蛋白免疫组化的表达情况及其组织病理特征。

The expression of NSE was detected in cortex of adrenal cortical hyperplasia, cortical adenomas and pheochromoeyte carcinoma, hut not in that of pheochromocytoma and normal adrenal. The expression of SYN was detected in cortex of corticohyperplassia, cortical adenomas, medull neoplasm, chromophile tumor and pheochromocyte carcinoma, but not in that of cortical adenocarcinoma and normal adrenal. The expressions of CgA, NSE and SIN were detected in the medulla of all cases. Conclusion The characteristic of CgA, SYN and NSE in cortex and medulla of adrenal are useful in the differential diagnosis of tumor and hyperplasia in the adrenal.

结果 肾上腺皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中均可见CgA染色阳性细胞，皮质增生、髓质增生和正常肾上腺病例皮质CgA染色阴性；肾上腺皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、髓质增生和嗜铬细胞癌NSE染色呈阳性，嗜铬细胞瘤和正常肾上腺皮质NSE染色呈阴性；皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、髓质增生、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中SYN染色呈阳性，皮质腺癌和正常肾上腺皮质SYN染色呈阴性；所有病例髓质CgA、NSE和SYN染色均呈强阳性。

Results In all 30 cases ,we found 14 thymoma , 1 ectopic thymoma, 8 invasion thymoma , 2 thymic carcinoid,2 thymic carcinoma, 2 thymic lymphadenoma,1 cervical thymic cyst.

结果 30例患者中，胸腺瘤14例，异位胸腺瘤1例，侵袭性胸腺瘤8例，胸腺类癌2例，胸腺癌2例，胸腺淋巴瘤2例，颈部胸腺囊肿1例。

乙烯雌酚：(1)妊娠早期用药可致胎儿脑积水，脑脊膜膨出，内脏畸形，男胎女性化，阴茎畸形，官颈畸形等。2、女婴长大后易出现阴道腺癌、阴道腺病及阴道腺癌、子宫颈腺癌、子宫发育不全，月经过少和不孕等。

RESULTS The positive rate of P-gp170expression in cervi-cal cancer pre-radiotherapy was58%（22/38）.Among them,the positive expression rates were10/18（56%）,6/10,4/6and2/4in keratinizing,nonkeratinizing squamous-cell carci-noma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.The positive rate of post-radiotherapy was90%（34/38）and among them,the positive expression rates were16/18（89%）,8/10,6/6and4/4in keratinizing,nonkera-tinizing squamous-cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous-cell carcinoma respectively.

结果 宫颈癌组织P-gp170阳性表达在放疗前为58%（22/38），其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为10/18（56%），6/10，4/6，2/4例；放疗后其P-gp170阳性表达为90%（34/38），其中角化型、非角化型鳞癌、腺癌及腺鳞癌分别为16/18（89%），8/10，6/6，4/4例，P-gp170表达阳性强度较放疗前亦呈增高趋势。

Results Basal cell adenocarcinoma of prostate was composed of poorly differentiated solid carcinoma nests with many cellular nuclear mitoses arranged like basal cell carcinoma. Necrosis was in the middle of the carcinoma nest. Local differentiation to squamous cell, transitional cell and gland and structure like adenoid cystic carcinoma were found.

结果：前列腺基底细胞腺癌为分化差的实体癌呈基底细胞癌样排列，核分裂象多，癌巢中央伴坏死，可见局灶性鳞状细胞、移行细胞或腺管分化，也可出现腺样囊性癌样结构。

Objective To explore the effect of mammography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods 33 early stage breast cancer patients were confirmed by surgical operation and pathology and diagnosed by mammography at the same time to analyse the relationship between the signs of X-ray and early stage breast cancer.

Tissue Preparation: 159 cases of paraffin sections of lung carcinomascomprised of adenocarcinoma (84 cases), squamous cell carcinoma (42 cases), smallcell lung carcinoma (10 cases), large cell carcinoma (15 cases), pleomorphic carcinoma(4 cases), and metastatic colon carcinoma (4 cases), and 86 adenocarcinomas fromsome organs other than lung, including colon (15 specimens), stomach (5 specimens),prostate (5 specimens), breast (35 specimens), uterus body (11 specimens), ovary (10specimens) and thyroid (5 specimens) were chosen from the surgical files ofYamanashi University Hospital and Kofu City Hospital.

标本来源：159例肺癌及其癌旁组织标本包括84例腺癌、42例鳞癌、10例小细胞癌、15例大细胞癌、4例多形性癌和4例肺转移性结肠癌，以及86例全身其他组织腺癌及其癌旁组织标本包括15例结肠腺癌、5例胃腺癌、5例前列腺癌、35例乳腺癌、11例子宫内膜腺癌、10例卵巢癌及5例甲状腺癌，均来自日本山梨大学附属医院和甲府市立医院外科手术标本。
