Results: NGF and TrkA were mainly distributed in intercalated duct, striated duct, excretory duct cells in salivary gland tissues around neoplasm, proven by pale brown positive response in cell membrane and plasm. p75 was not only found in duct epithelial cells in salivary gland tissues around neoplasm, but also apparently in serous acinus plasm.

研究发现：肿瘤周围涎腺组织中，NGF和TrkA主要分布于闰管、纹管及排泄管细胞，表现为胞膜及胞浆呈棕黄色阳性反应。p75在肿瘤周围涎腺组织中，不仅分布于导管上皮细胞，浆液性腺泡胞浆亦呈明显的阳性反应。

Unicellular gland was goblet cell, which was lied in two sides of tongue, esophagus, ileum and rectum. Multicellular gland was included uniacinar gland on palate, multiacinar gland on esophagus and unitubular gland on ventriculus and intestine. The digestive gland of liver and pancreas was got into initial jejunum through one duct.

The expression of Galectin-3 and S100A4 in 68 cases of thyroid follicular hyperplasic nodule was detected by immunohistochemistrical Envision method beside 17 cases of follicular adenoma, 6 cases of adenomatous nodular goiter, 14 cases of follicular variant of papillary carcinoma and 31 cases of follicular carcinoma.

采用免疫组织化学方法检测68例甲状腺滤泡性增生结节中Galectin-3和S100A4蛋白的表达，包括17例滤泡性腺瘤，6例腺瘤性甲状腺肿，14例滤泡亚型乳头状癌和31例滤泡癌。

Results: Fourting seminal vesicle (7 patients) were enlarged. Signal of Seminal Vesiculitis increased on T1WI and vesicle reduced on T2WI. Five cases of them had prostate hyperplasia.

结果：7例共14个精囊腺不同程度增大，T1WI像示精囊腺信号增高，T2WI像示精囊腺滤泡状结构明显减少；其中5例伴有前列腺增生肥大。

Beagles' submandibular is major in mucous gland mixed with serous acini. The sublingual and zygomatic glands are major in mucous gland but also mixed with serous acini.

SD大鼠与Beagle犬的舌下腺均为粘液性腺泡为主的混合腺Beagle犬的眶腺亦是以纯粘液性腺泡为主的混合腺结构。

The lungs of CDH fetuses were hypoplastic compared with normal controls and had thick walled septa with poorly developed saccules. In contrast, Dex and EGF fetuses showed improved mesenchymal differentiation with well-developed saccules and thin-walled septae, manifested by radial alveolar counts , mean terminal bronchiole density , ratio of pulmonary mesenchyma and that of pulmonary acinuses.

EGF组肺组织形态明显改善，表现在肺泡间隔变薄，肺泡面积所占比例明显增大，轴向腺泡计数较CDH组及Dex组均有明显增加，其平均终末支气管密度较CDH组改善明显，但仍少于正常对照组。
