As regards to age,gender andhistopathological characters,the 33 cases were as follows:①age,27-67years old(Median 45 years old);②gender,28 males and 5 females;③themaximum diameter of lesions,1.0-12.5cm(Mean5.9cm);④the histology,trabecular type 18 cases(18/33,54.5%),pseudoglandular 4(4/33,12.1%),compact 7(7/33,21.2%)and scirrhous 4(4/33,12.1%);⑤Edmondson-Steiner classification,gradeⅠ3 cases(3/33,9.1%),Ⅱ14(14/33,42.2%),Ⅲ 12(12/33,36.4%)and Ⅳ 4(4/33,12.1%).

年龄、性别及组织病理学方面结果如下：①年龄，27-67岁(Median 45岁)；②性别，男性28例，女性5例；③肿块最大径，1.0-12.5cm(Mean5.9cm)；④组织学类型，小梁型18例(18/33，54.5％)，假腺管型4例(4/33，12.1％)，致密型7例(7/33，21.2％)及硬化型4例(4/33，12.1％)；⑤Edmondson-Steiner分级，Ⅰ级3例(3/33，9.1％)，Ⅱ级14例(14/33，42.2％)，Ⅲ级12例(12/33，36.4％)及Ⅳ级4例(4/33，12.1％)。

Objective: To enhance the recognition of imaging of thymic neoroendocrine carcinoma.

目的：提高对胸腺神经内分泌癌的影像学表现的认识。

Methods 23 cases of Nelsons syndrome operated in our department in last 19 years were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical features included increasing cutaneous pigmentation after bilateral adrenalectomy, markedly elevated ACTH level, pituitary adenoma in CT or/and MRI. Transsphenoidal surgery was done in 21 cases, transfrontal craniotomy in 2 cases. A follow-up period ranged from half a year to 9 years.

对我科手术治疗的23例该病病例进行回顾性研究，临床特点包括肾上腺切除手术后皮肤粘膜色素沉着，血ACTH水平升高，影像学检查发现垂体腺瘤，21例经蝶窦手术，2例经额开颅，随访时间从半年至9年。

At the endpoint, the thymus, spleen and uterus were weighed separately; the femoral dry weight, bone-calcium, phosphor, magnesium and hydroxyproline contents of femoral were measured; the histomorphological features of bone were observed and the biochemical indexes in serum (Ca, P, ALP, TRAP, E2, BGP) were determined after the mice were given SAR at the dose of 10, 30, 90 mgkg^(-1) respectively, and were compared with the model group, the normal control and the positive control.
