Methods: Rat models of chronic renal failure were made by cut 5/6 kindney or fed with feedingstuff which contains adenine(0.75%) for 4 weeks. Experimental treatment was applied by giving Yi Shen Granule and the curative effect of Yi Shen Granule on ongoing pathological changes of CRF was studied. According to the data of CRF rats in weight, water wastage, hemanalysis(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH), urinalysis(volume, specific gravity, pH, proteinuria), blood serum analysis(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP), kidney weight coefficient and kidney morphology ( the grade of expansile renal tubule and the diameter of glomerulus ),the pharmacological effect of Yi Shen Granule could be ascertained.

实验选用0.75%腺嘌呤饲喂法致大鼠慢性肾衰模型和5/6肾切除法致大鼠肾衰模型，考察益肾颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭进行性病变的影响，以造模动物一般状况观察、血液学指标包括红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH)，尿液指标(尿量、比重SG、pH值、尿蛋白)、血清生化学指标包括尿素氮、肌酐、白蛋白、总蛋白(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP)、脏器解剖和病理观察指标(肾小管扩张分级评分和肾小球径长)做为判定依据。

Imaging studies showed that the positive rate of the ultrasound was 73.33%,the CT was 60.00%,the MRI was 75.00%,and the 99mTc-MIBI was 100.00%.All the patients were underwent parathyroidectomy of front neck incision, and were identified with parathyroid adenoma in 16 cases, hyperplasia in 1case and carcinoma in 2 cases. Follow-up was done from 10 months to 6 years after surgery.

影像学检查的阳性率：B超为73.33％，CT为60.00％，MRI为75.00％，99mTc-MIBI为100.00％。19例患者均经颈前弧形切口行甲状旁腺切除术，16例为甲状旁腺腺瘤；2例为甲状旁腺腺瘤伴灶性癌变；1例为甲状旁腺增生。

主要的组织学变化为腺胃粘膜上皮坏死脱落、固有层水肿、有炎性细胞浸润、肌层有淋巴细胞浸润、肌细胞坏死、腺小叶腺细胞坏死、核浓缩。

The dynamic changes of the number of T or B lymphocytes and the content of immunoglobulin G, IgM, IgA in peripheral blood, the number of CD〓, CD〓 lymphocyte subpopulation, T〓 cells and IgG, IgM, IgA antibody-producing cells, the ratios of CD〓 and CD〓 T cells in immune organs (thymus, bursa of Fabricius and spleen) and immune tissues (cecal tonsils and Harderian glands), the content of IgA, IgM, IgG in local fluid (tear, tracheal fluid, intestinal fluid and bile) of one-day chicks infected with chicken infectious anemia virus and CIAV-infected chicks immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine were determined respectively by immunohistochemistry, immunogold-silves and immunoenzyme staining in order to reveal mechanism of immunopathogenesis of chicks infected with CIAV and influence of immune responses of CIAV-infected chicks to ND vaccine.

During the surgery, the lesion was found to be a solid tumor. A surgical wedge biopsy was done and purulent dark yellow fluid was drained from the center of the mass. Histologically, there was a solid pattern of rhabdoid and anaplastic round or oval cells haphazardly arranged with poor differentiation. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for vimentin, a mesenchymal marker; the reticulin staining was consistent with carcinoma.

我们实施了手术切片及肿瘤中心脓状物引流，病理组织学上，我们发现了不规则或未分化的横纹状、圆形及椭圆形细胞；免疫组织染色上，细胞广泛的对非上皮标记vimentin呈阳性反应、且其reticulin染色呈现出腺癌的形式；肉瘤及腺癌的特色皆可在切片中看到，所以我们的诊断是类肉瘤性线癌。
