Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma.

目的探讨少见的肝内胆管囊腺瘤和囊腺癌临床特点与治疗方法。

The five most common benign lesions were dermoid cyst and epidermoid cyst, cavernous hemangioma, lymphangioma, pleomorphic adenoma, orbital inflammation. The five most common malignant lesions were lymphoma, lacrimal adenoid cystic carcinoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, melanoma, sebaceous gland carcinoma.

位于良性病变前5位的分别是皮样囊肿及表皮样囊肿、海绵状血管瘤、淋巴管瘤、泪腺混合瘤、慢性炎症和炎性假瘤；位于恶性肿瘤前5位的分别是淋巴瘤、泪腺囊腺癌、横纹肌肉瘤、黑色素瘤、皮脂腺腺癌。

A core needle biopsy misdiagnosed PASH in 13 cases out of 28 cases and vacuum-assisted biopsy correctly identified PASH in all 3 cases.

4细胞性纤维腺瘤和囊肉瘤：PASH缺乏真正的间叶细胞过生长的现象，其细胞缺乏多形性，无核分裂象，也没有纤维腺瘤或囊肉瘤的上皮成分的生长类型。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of mucinous cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma of the pancreas.

目的探讨胰腺黏液性囊腺瘤和囊腺癌的诊断和治疗。

Methods MRI and pathological findings were retrospectively analyzed in 35 cases of ovarian cystadenoma.

搜集资料完整并经病理证实的卵巢囊腺瘤35例，回顾性分析卵巢囊腺瘤的MRI表现。

Methods CT appearances of 10 cases with cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma of the pancreas confirmed by clinic and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.

回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的10例胰腺囊腺瘤与囊腺癌的CT表现，其特征性表现。

Results The DNA was obtained from PPJ through a nasopancreatic tube. Aberrant p16 methylation and K- ras gene mutation were detected in the same samples of PPJ. Sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive values,negative predictive values and accuracy of HE staining for pancreatic cancer were 40%,100%,100%,45.4% and 60.0%,respectively. Of the 20 cases of pancreatic cancer,K- ras gene mutation was detected in 14 (70%) and the p16 gene was shown to be methylated in 7 (35%). Of the 8 cases of chronic pancreatitis,K-ras gene mutation was detected in 2 (25%). Of the 2 cases of mucinous cystoadenoma of pancreas,K-ras gene mutation was detected in 1 (50%). Aberrant methylation of p16 was not detected in pancreatic juice samples from patients with chronic pancreatitis and mucinous cystoadenoma of pancreas.

结果 所有胰液标本均成功抽提出DNA，30例胰腺疾病病人胰液标本同时进行了K-ras基因突变和p16基因启动子区5′CpG岛甲基化检测，其中20例胰腺癌病人胰液中K-ras基因突变率为70%（14/20），p16基因甲基化率为35%（7/20），8例慢性胰腺炎中K-ras基因突变率为25%（2/8），2例胰腺囊腺瘤病人中K-ras基因突变率为50%（1/2），慢性胰腺炎和胰腺囊腺瘤病人胰液中无p16基因甲基化。

Results About 39 cases were diagnosed as benign tumors,majority of which were demoid cysts.The another one case was borderline mucinous cystadenoma.Eight cases were diagnosed by ultrasound examination during the first trimester(53.33 %),4 had complication to do emergency operations,3 were caused by torsion,one by rupure.Serum samples for CA125 estimation were obtained from 3 before operations.AS a result,2 cases were elevated,one of which was borderline mucinoers cystadenoma.38 cases were full-term birth.

结果 妊娠期良性肿瘤39例，占97.5%，以生殖细胞肿瘤多见，黏液性囊腺瘤交界型1例；孕早期超声诊断8例，占孕期发现总例数的53.33%(8/15)；有4例出现并发症并行急诊手术，扭转3例，破裂1例，术前3例行CA125检查，2例升高，其中1例为黏液性囊腺瘤交界型；足月分娩38例，占95.00%。

乳腺纤维腺瘤与乳腺叶状囊肉瘤在临床和影像学表现方面都有其特征性，但临床上仍常出现误诊的情况，我们于2002年4月收治1例发病于妊娠哺乳期的28岁右乳巨大肿块女性病人，术前根据临床表现及影像学检查的结果考虑右乳叶状囊肉瘤的诊断，而术后的病理报告为乳腺纤维腺瘤。
